Found this site last week after reading where someone else got 40k bits from and had a look... It is so refreshing to find a bits site that A) has almost everything you could want for 40k B) actually has most of the bits in stock (unlike some other sites i could mention) and c) they are priced very competitively.

I bought a few bits for a reasonably good price (even if it is more in Canadian dollars), and they shipped in quicker than I had expected them to. The condition of the bits were great and without the normal damage you might find when ordering elsewhere. It was convenient to be able to build two extra models with just a few bits rather than having to buy them separately for far more.

Fast, and Great quility. Recently, i have little problem(Forge world bit has hardly mold) but that is not a modelbit's problem (yes, this is Forge world problem, Thank you GW!)

super ace site. a lot of these bits websites run out of stock quickly, but these guys seem to keep a good eye on theirs, most popular bits being available most of the time.

I found this site through beastofwar.com was linked in a article i think. Basically doing bits cheaper than all the rip offs on ebay with normal packaging and posting pricing. £1.20 for under half pound of weight is reasonable when you consider the weight of plastic or resin minis.
Bought some bits on saturday of easter weekend checked out all done sorted. Went looking the tuesday following Easter for some more bits for another convesion. Went on this site again ordered stufff checked out and asked if it could be packed together. Got a message straight back no worries all done. Got the parts next day!! Top service, great prices, excellent communication. Will definately use again.

This was the first time that I ever used ModelBits online services and the service provide was excellent. The prices, both of products and shipping costs, are very clear on the site as is the time it takes for the order to arrive. I placed my order last Friday the 16th and it arrive today, 23th of March. Every single item was delivered as requested, and was specifically itemized on the invoice, allowing for a very fast check-up. Also, I placed this order after receiving an email informing of the restock of the bits I wanted, which is a great way to keep informed without having to
check the site constantly.
I would recommend this site to all my friends.

The time between placing an order and the order being shipped was in excess of 24 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday as they are not business days.
Once item was dispatched it took less than 24 hours to reach my doorstep. Order was packaged well with no damage to any piece.
Even with the delay I would not hesitate to recommend Modelbits to anyone.
