Modelbits is affordable and you really can't find anything wrong with the service they provide. I've always got my bits quickly and without any mistakes. One of the best at what they do!

I placed my order 10:00 p.m. Sunday + got them delivered 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. The quality of the parts was 1st rate - A Gr8 RESULT IMHO

I find it difficult to write a review on what is a simple enough procedure: the website shows what's on offer, you place an order, pay for it with Paypal (which is a nice touch) and it's delivered within 2-3 days. It's internet buying at it's easiest.

What's also nice is that Matt (the proprietor) keeps you, the customer, informed on what's happening with your order via email. That doesn't happen too often.

When items are in stock the dispatch and delivery are top notch. Always well protected and priced well. Very happy

Matt has taken Model Bits from a bedroom business to something that means business, challenging established model bits re-sellers with a combination of quality service, regular re-stocking and community support that makes Model Bits our first port of call whenever Precinct Omega Studios need bits fast to meet our clients' needs.

Everything OK - Bitz received as ordered. However the delivery from UK to Germany took a bit long but maybe this is rather the fault of the English/German mail...

First class service and excellent prices. Regular stock updates via email/facebook means I always know when the bits I need are in. Keep up the good work Matt!

Fantastic site, great range of bits and reasonable prices. Delivery overseas was much faster than anticipated, and communication from Matt about the orders progress was excellent. Will definitely buy from here again.

Easy layout and navigation, clearly displayed items so no confusion as to what you're getting. Incredibly speedy delivery, and items in pristine condition with flash removed from sprue. Highly recommended for any purchases. Just ashame there's often not what you want in stock!

I have been using this website to order parts since it started and have always received first class service.
Only once did an order not contain a part I had ordered but the issue was resolved immediately and without additional charges.
The parts have always arrived soon after placing an order and in perfect condition and I have recommended it to all my friends.

First experience buying bitz was a good one as they had almost everything i was looking for, price was good and delivery was fast. Later visits however have been disappointing only due to a lack of in stock bits, which I guess is expected from the more popular parts such as legs, torso's and weapons.

Have made a purchase every week since however.

When Games Workshop pulled the individual part ordering feature from their website I actually felt like my days of conversion were over. No longer would I have been able to get that one specific piece I needed without forking out huge sums to be left with lots of pieces I'd never need.

When I came across Model Bits the first thing that struck me was the easy to follow layout of the site - everything I needed was hotlinked and very easy to find. The images were clear, and I was quickly and easily able to order what I needed.

The delivery charges were very reasonable, and the items arrived in a matter of days - I was actually surprised at how clean the pieces were, many didn't require any sort of cleaning or trimming before being ready for use. I can honestly say I will be looking to use model bits in the future for any other conversion projects I have lined up, and would highly recommend the site as an alternative to Games Workshop's main site for those one off pieces.

Overall, a fantastic site that's restored my love of conversions.

I've recently started a conversion project for Warhammer Fantasy and ordered pieces from both Modelbits and another bits selling site.

Placed both orders Sunday afternoon, on Monday my order status for Modelbits was updated to inform me the order had been dispatched and Tuesday morning the Modelbits order was already delivered and in my hands and was exactly what I ordered. The bits were slightly scuffed in places but nothing that couldn't be sorted out quickly.

More than I can say for the other site I also ordered bits from, where my order was stuck at 'picking bits' for 3 days straight, and never updated my order status to notify me it had been dispatched until 16 hours after it had already arrived at my door.

Will certainly check Modelbits stocks first for any future conversion projects before elsewhere.
