I placed an order on the 10th December 2024 and I am still waiting for these goods. DO NOT be fooled if you keep getting a reply from customer service saying they are looking into for you. THEY ARE NOT you are being fobbed off.

Do not buy from this online store. We ordered two shelves which were not fit for purpose and we asked for their return address to return them and they have refused after 4 requests. They don’t seem to have any understanding of consumer rights or how to deal with customers who have a genuine complaint about the poor goods they provided. If you are not happy with your purchase from them, they will not deal with your concerns or offer to return and provide a full refund.

I stupidly ordered on line without checking the validity of this firm. No phone contact number, no furniture and no response to emails. They have never been registered at this address at companies house but another company has over their operating period. They are DECORTIE UK Ltd, again no phone number for their UK office. So far I’m £400 down and getting nothing back from them. I would warn everyone not to use this/these companies.

SCAM, I should have listened to all the reviews. I ordered an items over a week ago, paid the money, and have not heard a peep. the item was supposed to arrive in 3days (according to delivery on website), now after 8days, not even heard one word. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT ON COMPANIES HOUSE, THERE IS NO NUMBER, AND THEY DO NOT DELIVER. DONT THINK YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY YOU WONT.

Have sent several emails regarding delivery item said 3-5 day delivery item saying still not shipped. I have email company many time with no reply

Order never arrived that was ordered over a month ago. No communication from the company. I have requested the refund via email now waiting for a response.

Paid more than double than the bed was worth, due to needing a suitable mattress following back surgery. The bed was off the shop floor at their North Shields store it had marks on it, visible metal staples used to pin the velvet to the wood. Charged nearly £900 for a shop floor dirty, put together with cheap staples. I have been told I can’t receive an exchange or refund as their policies are different to most other retailers. Despite this not being stated on receipt. I am not allowed owners name or speak to the owner, I was told he’s on holiday. Then told his name can’t be given. I searched him up on companies house, company records are amusing to say the least. Anyone having problems with this company you can find further information on companies house then contact financial conduct authority who are amazing helping deal with companies that refuse to refund or exchange faulty goods. Aswell as refusing to let you speak to management or give you their name.

Regret not searching for reviews of this Chinese company first. It is unreliable and untrustworthy - I ordered a product that hadn't shipped in over w eek. Their customer service refused to cancel or refund the significantly delayed product.

Scammers and fraud activity - opened a dispute with PayPal

Company is a fraud. I have lost £697.80 to this company!
Placed an order on 20 April 2022 and paid via Paypal. The payment was taken, but I have not heard anything about delivery of my order. When I try to ring the number on the website, I get a recorded message which repeats “Hello, please note that in order to improve our services, this call may be recorded” over and over again. I have found several emails relating to this comapny and a holding company in USA but despite emailing and calling, nothing is answered. DO NOT USE

Similar experience to others, only 1 out of 2 boxes delivered and poor customer service. I now have half a desk delivered that cost over 200 pounds, poor poor poor

Stay clear. Ordered 4 pieces of furniture over a week ago. Unable to speak with anyone. Phone lines are inactive / disconnected. Sent an email, awaiting a reply. No updates on dispatch or confirmation of email.

Much bigger than expected, and much better quality.

They worked out very well even in a small space. I'm pleased and glad to have purchased them.

It looks fantastic on the floor every one likes it. good quality well made.
