Ordered a stove for £850 which was delivered on time. Upon opening the packaging I saw that it had a dent on the top of the metal plate. A call to the company followed and I was told, it is expected with these as they are industrial design. I asked for a replacement and was told the stove would be collected but I couldn’t have a replacement as that will probably be damaged too! Bought an Undamaged one from another company...
