We used Mofin for our DSCR loan and they were excellent throughout the entire process. We were determined not to use a broker and love the fact that they are a direct lender. We will continue to use them for all of our real estate investment needs and highly recommend them to other real estate investors!

I previously closed multiple loans with Mofin and I went with a different lender this time just to give it a try and they failed me at the last minute saying that they closed on the business name which is pretty standard for a DSCR loan so I went back to MoFin and fortunately, the appraisal report was acceptable and I successfully closed the property with MoFin.

I doubt anybody else would have closed in the short time span I had with the escrow/seller.

MoFin Lending was VERY easy to work with. The team replied to emails timely and did not promise anything that they couldn't close. I have been thru this process more times then I can count....MoFin was by far the best experience I have had refinancing a home.

Great experience, out of all the lenders I have used in the past, MoFin had the quickest closing. They also had the best rate for my product, which I shopped around extensively.

Checking up, following up between deals and sharing vital information (lending strategy) with this roller coaster of a market that we all are experiencing. I have used this team on over a million dollars in loans and George and his team have been top knotch. I highly recommend their services, they have been absolutely wonderful to work with.

I’ve worked with Mofin a few times now and have always been really happy with their level of customer service and more importantly knowledge in the types of investment loans I need, but the last time I worked with them they absolutely blew it out of the water. Frankly, they saved my ass. I was exploring a new lender and in the 11th hour, days to closing, new VERY high fees started showing up. When it became clear this new local lender did not know what they were doing (and that it would cost me), I reached out to George at Mofin. Within a day, he had a complete breakdown of fees, closing details and timeline. And about a day later, I moved my business to Mofin.
Lesson learned. THIS is the only lender I want to work with on my refinances.
