Make deposit but dus not com in my account totaal about 750 euro and 3 times i did not log in but take mony from my bankacount een jou ask for help tey sai wait 48 hours then thé mony comes back no way this is scam

Personally I have a great experience with Moi.

I made the mistake of not completing my verification process at forehand, so i contacted them with the live chat to ask what was required to send them to complete the payment of my withdrawal.
The employee told me I would receive an email in the morning to complete the process but if i wanted i could send the information towards the verification team.

So i send a copy of my bank statement, photo copy of my passport ( front and back ) and an official document showing my name and address.

I won 3000 euros with blackjack and slots. it took more than 2 weeks to verify. after 2 weeks still no response multiple mails send back and forth and it was out of their hands. I had to wait so long that i lost the money. after i wanted to block my account. i get an email that my account is verified took them 3,5 weeks haha. pathetic. dont come here unless you want to wait ages on your money.

Basically I have spent a lot of time in casinos both online and physically however what it comes down to. You start low and increase your bet once you start winning however at a certain point you stop winning. As any gambler knows you can’t keep losing constantly, at a certain point you win even a little after some spins. Time and time again. The winning stops and does not come back. I have spent roughly 150k euro in abt 2 months here. Just to test it out and have tried everything. Going down to small bets and then you actually win something again but once you increase it stops again. In any case I have spent more then enough time in casinos to know that this made no sense. Worst customer service ever. Have been in contact 3 times now for the same thing. My deposit was taken of my creditcard account but not has been credited to my moi account. So the money is gone. i have been running a withdraw for over 5 days they asked me about my bank statements twice even though I send it by the making of my account i withdrawn 125 and got it in 1 day now i wanted to cash out 2k and now all of a sudden they postpone it in the hope i cancel my withdraw and waste my money they try to take advantage of a weak gambler. customer support is very bad and can barely put up a proper english sentence with grammar, so yeah a whole lot of BS to cashout. i do not recommend this casino to anyone nor will i play on this site ever again. thanks to their own laziness
