Mokashe is a scam. They do not sell you what is in the picture. I ordered two sweaters, a sweater skirt. After more than a month, I received 2 of the 3 items. The items were not sweaters/knit materials - they were sweatshirts where they tried to print the sweater design on the fabric. You have to pay shipping to return these items to China.

This is a SCAM! Items advertised as "Knitted" sweaters are cheap PRINTED sweatshirts! Cheap Chinese junk! Their Return Address Label says:
3150 N.Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC V5J 5G1 - send them a note & tell them what you really think of their SCAM! I may pay them a visit! Sneaky Chinese junk sellers - they need to go to hell ! Maybe they need a visit from the Hells Angels! Goddam scammers!

These people need to go to JAIL,for what they sent me.SCAM Artist.

First of all they are not knit sweaters. Nothing like the description I bought. Absolutely disgusting. They will go straight into the charity box and I hope someone will wear them. I tried contacting the company and never got a reply. I wonder if it is worth the effort to try and return them!

You pay, they get the money, then they disappear. I tried to contact the email on the website but my message was bounced back saying that they could not receive my message because their email account was full!
I lost 70 pound!

This site is not as advertised. Received a jumper and it is vile. Nothing like advertised and surprise, there is no label inside. No contact details or returns information.
Have rated it one star purely so I could write a review. It does not deserve that many.

Unable to order then discovered half the items were not theirs.

It’s really no star. BUYER BEWARE. The pics on the website are fake. The cardigans and jumpers are photos from another website The goods when they arrive, are shoddy and not woollen knitted items. More like printed sweat shirts.
The customer service is non existent. Emails ping back. Don’t buy anything from this company. It’s a complete scam.

It is a scam - don’t buy anything. I bought 13/10/23. 4 items totalling $180 USD followed to see why I was not getting my order. First email reply from them was it will take 15days it has been over a month and 2 email request with auto replies now saying their inbox in full. They are not even responding. I have not received my order or not sure what will happen to my money. It is a day light robbery

Is a scam don't buy from them,I bought 6 items on 10 Th of October and when they send me some email with Asian writing on them i realized is not an Islandic site with Islandic products so i canceled my order according to their 24 hours policy, not even today i haven gotten a confirmation of cancellation and repayment. i tried many emails but they have an inbox full after so many of my attempts, i checked reviews on internet and found many people in my situation. After a while 3 weeks or so they dispatch 3 products again i tried to contact them no answer inbox full. I have asked my bank to create dispute and waiting. Reviews are on Trustpilot UK seems in Norway is clean so they can fool many other people.

Sweater arrived today and colors were very different from the picture. The worst problem is I’m having trouble reaching them to return it. Phone # doesn’t connect. Neither email accounts appear to be legitimate. Mail is returned as undeliverable.
The last option is to write a letter to an address in China. Good luck with that. You only have 14 days to return items.

I want to give it a ZERO.This order finally arrived today (one month after ordering) and does not look anything like the pictures on the MOKASHE website or order summary. The two Iceland sweater pictures advertise when selling these products are not what was received and are completely misleading - they advertise a picture of a real sweater but what has arrived is a cheap looking sweatshirt with a knit design pattern on it. The Fairman Isle Print long sleeve knit Midi Dress does not look anything like the picture advertised either. This is false advertising and they are misleading customers into ordering these. To return the buyer must pay. This is False Advertising and purposefully misleading the consumer. BUYER BEWARE absolute sham! I have tried to contact them and get Mail Delivery Return - their MailBox is full!!!!!!!

Im a professional knitter and knitwear designer with own patterns for Icelandic sweater. This company is a scam because they stole my own company pictures from my websites, etsy and Instagram. Non of the pictures are made by them, that's why you are not receiving items like on the pictures.

Please do not order from this site. I placed an order about two months ago and am having great difficulty getting a refund for the item. Luckily it’s only about $50.00. Each time I follow up it’s a different excuse. After several follow ups now they said their account is frozen and it will take a long time to be processed and suggested that I choose another product. Communication is zero from them unless you inquire the status. How can a business financial account be frozen yet they’re encouraging customers to buy other products??????

After purchasing from this site, I was told that it takes at least 15-20 business days for the order to be prepared and shipped. 20 days after the order being placed, I did not receive any update on shipping. I had emailed them asking for an update and then they told me that the products I placed an order for were unavailable and out of stock. While placing the order, the products did not show out-of-stock. I have been since asking for a refund but ghosted by their service team.
Horrible experience. I feel cheated!

Made a big mistake buying from this company who sent me the wrong size of a very poor quality garment and looks nothing like the pictures on their website. I feel that I’ve been conned, they did offer a 30% discount on another order but didn’t offer a return label. But expected me to pay for this and wait for over a month to get a refund. Very unlikely, I might add. Do not buy. I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned.

Can I give it a minus 100. The outfits look nothing like the pictures. I contacted them as soon as the items arrived. I asked for a return label and a refund. I ordered in June. I’m still waiting. I’ve sent countless emails to which they respond( rather politely) saying that the financial manager is reviewing my claim. This is a scam. They say on their website’easy return’ liars. I’ve now contacted PayPal. Still nothing is happening. Lesson learned never trust these Chinese companies.

Used this company on June 23, Somehow they had doubled my order and I ended up paying twice with two parcels being delivered. They refuse to give me a return address to return the goods or refund my money offering me a 30% discount. Still waiting for my refund. Found that the clothes look good on the website but are cheaply made and not worth the money that they are charging

Poorly made goods which do not look like the picture at all!
I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of placing it, BEFORE shipping. They refused, shipped the poorly made goods and when I wanted to return it, they demanded that I pay the return shipping costs. Offered a 10% discount voucher. As if I would order again, after receiving a product which is burnt across the front and unwearable.
