Stephen is an absolute star very knowledgeable and puts my mind at rest whilst sorting out problem with rats coming from neighbours garden
Nothing has been too much trouble and always very prompt and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any insect or rodent problems in my case he has gone above and beyond for me

I live in Boothstown and very proud of my garden. I noticed mole hills next to my lawn and despite a love of wildlife, the problem didn't go away!

My name is Beryl , I've just had the pleasure of meeting Stephen , a throughly genuine gentleman that knows his job, well done , and thank you once again for putting me in the right direction, I.will be using Mole Mangement pest control again

I initially contacted Stephen, following research, by txt to make sure he was able to come some distance (edge of his area) to attend to our unwanted Mole Problem in the garden. Communication was prompt and informative and Stephen arrived spot on time despite local traffic issues. Friendly and thorough, and happy to discuss his methods of removal, answering any questions along the way. Stephen made 3 visits in total having successfully captured our ‘friend’ , ensuring that there were no family members at the ready to move in. (1st: Gauge Problem/Set Traps, 2nd: Check Traps/Removal/Reset Traps and 3rd: Check/Remove Traps). 1 mole, sorted in 10 days. Fab.Minimum disruption to our lawn and a guarantee to return within 2 weeks FOC if any more mountains erupt! I too have kept Mole Management’s number in my contacts just in case :0)) Thank you Stephen.

What can I say found Stephen on Google after trying to contact the council to get rid of a wasp best iny daughters playhouse but they were closed. I'm so glad they were as Stephen was professional, friendly and really informative, and was half the price. He dealt with the wasp nest with care and quickly and even stayed for a few mins to ensure there we're no issues and as it was only a baby nest he took it away with him. Stephen assured me I wouldn't have any issues but if I did just give a call and he'd come back and not charge me.
As he was leaving my neighbour pulled up (told me it was a wasp nest) and asked him for some advise with regards to rats and Stephen was only happy to offer advice free of charge.
Would recommend to everyone and I've added him to my contacts just in case.

Absolutely brilliant. I had mistakenly identified a wasp nest that turned out to be - get this - a duster that had fallen down the back of a cupboard. Stephen was incredibly friendly and gracious about it all, stayed about 15 minutes to inspect inside and outside of the property and gave me plentiful advice about the honeybees that I'd been getting in the house. Didn't even charge me a call out fee, and the price he charges for treatment/removal is very competitive from what I've seen of other services. Highly recommend and probably will be my go-to for any other similar issues. Wish more traders were like Stephen.

What else can I say but a huge thank you to Stephen.After trying all the suggested stuff on the web to get rid of Mr Mole and more besides finally did what I should have done from the start.A professional from 1st to last, explained what he’d do and did it.God old fashioned service which in this day and age is rare

Stephen provides a first class service in every way. I spent some time finding someone who would deal with our rat problem, which was complicated by the fact that I am a hedgehog feeder / rescuer and opposed to the use of poisons. Stephen was brilliant. He really took on board what I wanted and understood my wish to be as humane as possible in dealing with the problem. He also provided management advice to prevent a recurrence. Communication has been brilliant and all at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

For the past three years, we've been calling Stephen annually to treat the new wasp nests that appear, as we live by woods. Always prompt. Good communication. Happy to answer questions by text or over the phone. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

We had a wasp nest over the kitchen window, so we rang Stephen having found him on trust pilot. He arrived within half an hour. Stephen treated the nest and said that as it was raining it could stop the poison from working, but he would come back to do it again if necessary. However we haven't seen any more wasps since and it was 4 days ago. Can highly recommend him. Jeff and Jean

I had an emergency as there was a huge amounts of wasps in a bedroom. I phoned several numbers, before reaching Stephen, to be told anything from 48 hours to 14 days. I was quoted on average £175 plus vat with other sources. Steven arrived within 3 hours and the cost was a flat £59. Aside from that, he was incredibly helpful, professional, genuine and efficient. He dealt with a very problematic wasps nest outside and the issue inside which had become distressing. The assurance that he would return if need be and even trusting me to pay after he had left via bank transfer means that this true gentleman is being added to my contacts, just in case. Please, don’t go to any other, large companies will not give the service that Stephen provides. Highly recommended. Thank you

Highly recommended. Arrived within an hour and a half of calling, found wasp nest and treated it. All sorted within 2 hours. I had tried another company first who said that they couldn't do anything if I didn't know where the nest was (which I didn't). Will definately use Steve for any pest control work that I need in the future. Friendly, professional, efficient and honest service, cant recommend highly enough. Prompt service. Arrived same day to deal with two wasp nests on my property, one by the front door. Not the cheapest company I looked at but certainly worth the money.
