Ordered Tuesday evening and the items arrived by Thursday very quick turnaround and items are really good, can highly recommend the toffee mice as they taste like chewing nuts

We went in person to the Mollies store in Shrewsbury, this Wednesday just gone and left with quite literally a bad taste in our mouthes. As someone who doesn't leave negative reviews, ever, I have to say - our experience was awful.

I have been to this same Mollies a few times. The pic n mix containers often missing lids and the sweets are often dried out or handled by goodness knows how many kids etc. I don't care though, as I usually ask the lady to pour me some from the containers on the wall, behind the till.

However, this time it is the Easter holidays and I had my Niece and Nephew with me. They had been so good all day, so I thought I'd treat them. Both quickly chose what they wanted and were polite/nothing to be upset about in store. I kept an eye on them the entire time, so I know that there was *nothing* either of them or myself did to warrant such hostile, unfriendly and outright rude attitude from one of the two ladies behind the till. Usually there's a polite blonde lady but this time, a not polite at all blonde lady with longer hair, with a brunette lady who struggled to understand what we were asking for. If her colleague wasn't busy shouting at my younger relatives for not immediately knowing what flavour slush puppies they wanted, maybe my autistic nephew would have not felt so stunned and come up with an answer a little quicker than the literal second she gave him before losing her temper.

I actually wanted to tell her to keep her slush puppies - we had spent over £30 between us and the other family members with us on what looked like next to nothing - and had been nothing but polite. Unfortunately I had already promised the kids a treat and couldn't well go back on my word. In hindsight, I really wish I'd done so.

Upon leaving the store, cross, at how I was spoken to and at myself for letting this wretched hag do so, my shy Niece let's me know that while I had been reaching something for my Nephew, this lady had also been very rude to her over not putting her things onto the till fast enough. I wish I would have known this at the time, as I'd have made a complaint there and then.

I hope you pass on this review, and I hope it makes them feel as crappy as they deserve to feel for being so unkind. We won't stop by here again, as just us adults or with the kids. Don't work in a sweet shop if you can't stand children that I know for a fact were on their best behaviour, albeit a little indecisive.

Didn’t think the mystery pick n mix were very nice. Lots of old sweets in there. Stale and sticky.

I ordered 4 Easter lollys and 2 were snapped in half
I did message them but no reply these were for Easter gifts but were no good
