Expired sweets sent
Bought 35 American candy sweet trucks for my child to distribute to his class on his birthday. Sent me expired goods which expired in feb 2023. Didn’t reply to emails/ contact form and no answer on phone , over £40 lost

Unprompted review
No parcel or refund.
Ordered on 11/9/23. Now the 22nd, no parcel received and no response from store following several emails. Website states DPD next day delivery. DPD website says they are aware of package but have yet to receive it from retailer. Sending another email today to demand a refund.

10/10 every single time
10/10 every single time. The box as usual, came packed to the brim with a mixture of chocolate and sweets, some from the UK, some American and even some from Australian. I didn’t specify that I wanted a vegetarian/ vegan box but 80% of the stuff was vegan so I could share with hubby and kids and I have never seen the kids so excited. Box was £20 but there was way more than £20 pounds worth in there. Amazing!

Bit disappointed to be honest
Bit disappointed. Ordered 4 Caramello Koalas but got sent 4 giant Freddos instead. I decided to overlook it because I like Freddos anyway. But just went to open one and it looked odd, white coating (I have photos but can’t see anywhere to upload). Then noticed that the expiry date on all 4 Freddos is 30/06/23. (Again, I have photos).
I placed my order on 07/08/23.
