Very Expensive return process. be careful!!! Will never order from this site anymore. I placed an order in the Netherlands. One dress doesn’t fit… Here it comes: first you need to go online fill a cumbersome return questionnaire. Then wait to receive an email with approved return and a shipping address…. Then you have to arrange and pay yourself to ship the package back to an address in France!!! I had to pay myself 12€ return shipping cost, Crazy. Never anymore

The item of clothing was exceptional and matched its description. The orders from Molly Bracken always arrive very quickly after date of purchase. When I previously had a problem with a return the company responded immediately and gave me a refund, even though the courier did not deliver the item back to the company. The clothes are always good quality and great value for money as well as being very stylish.

Waste of time. They show certain prices, and then when you go and pay, they increase the prices. Professional shops let you choose the country from the beginning, so you don't waste your time browsing for nothing.
