Bad service, long delay, rude staff

Took FOREVER to deliver - over a week within Ireland, charged €5.99 for the privelege even though I placed a big order. When I got on to ask about it, I was told that they had delivered within 72 hours and that I had signed for it (clearly a lie). Rude, unhelpful, and could not have cared less. Stole my money, and were brazen about it too - just glad I went with PayPal, I've reported them for it. NEVER again, avoid like the plague!!!

Brilliant range!

Food, toys, treats or essentials like poo bags- everything under the one roof- for both my dogs and cats! All delivered to my door. What more could a person want?!

Great for Cat Lovers Too

Rescued 2 kittens from the DSPCA during the summer, made sure to get all my bits and bobs from here. My kittens health is number 1, so it was important for me to get good quality food and accessories. Great variety online and prompt next day delivery available
