This company didn't do their due diligence when submitting planning for a customer, A revised planning application has been fraudulently submitted using my address which the applicant neither resides at or owns. The land in question also has several covenants in place which prohibit any planning amendments being implemented. This company should have insisted on proof of address prior to the submission which has now resulted in my taking legal action against both them and their client to ensure the fraudulent application is revoked. The plan submitted would significantly impact both my privacy and impact on the value of the property.
