Hypocritical
I currently have Plan 2, which clearly states that the company will only replace parts with genuine manufacturer components.
When my vehicle required repairs, the company refused to authorise genuine manufacturer parts and instead would only fund cheap, non‑OEM alternatives. To make matters worse, they also would not cover the full labour costs provided in the repair quote, leaving me to pay the difference.
In my opinion, this is hypocritical: they insist on genuine parts in their policy, yet won’t actually approve them when needed. And if the cheaper part they authorised fails again, I have serious doubts they would cover it because it wouldn’t meet their own “genuine parts only” requirement.

Matt has to be one of the most friendliest genuine person I have met, and dealt with when buying a car. No Hard sell no pushy sales patter, just gives you the information asked of him in a clear easy to understand way. Only has a small stock holding, but I looked at 4 and all were genuine and as described. I bought the mini cooper s countryman. Fabulous car for its age and the price was perfect for me. I had written my mini off a few weeks before so desperately needed another to get to my hospital appointments. Went to see it on Saturday 25th July, paid deposit and picked it up on the Sunday. The extra warranty he offers is outstanding for the price and the best I've ever seen in the second hand car section.
I would go back and buy again even though he isn't close.

constant email spamming, have unsubscribed multiple times, yet constant emails and text messages, even calls. this company is a joke and i will be reporting, they call from multiple numbers to avoid number blocking, and still after 5 months of buying car im still be sent emails.

A waste of £700 for a 2 year warrenty. Tesla dont deal with you as a warrenty company and even though receipts were offered you wouldn't accept them. You never paid out on any of the problems I'd had. And then you have the cheek to offer me another warrenty as mines due to expire.. no thanks Stay clear
