Continued showing a flight available. I did spent so much time on it & everytime I go to book it from momondo to priceline, I get to see that no such flight is available. I come back & search on Momondo & it continues to show me that flight as available. Showing stale data may be. Either way not a pleasant experience.

I used Momondo and got an incredible fare from the US to Vienna and back. I was Waiting for something to go wrong because the ticket prices I thought were too good to be true. Everything worked perfectly. They directed me to “Hop To”. I was Skeptical about both because I have never heard of either but everything was perfect.

Do not book tickets through Lucky2go. I had a horrible experience, i booked and pay for the tickets but did not receive any kind of confirmation for 3 days. I call them to see what is happening to find out that they have cancelled my reservation but did not bother to send me an email informing me about this. As well, they took the money from my account even tho they cancelled the reservation which does not make sense to me.
As well, they said the money "should" have been refunded to me by now but it did not happen. Now i have to buy the same tickets, at a higher price, from them or another agency. I choose another agency, of course!!
And i can only hope my money will return to me soon.
Also i asked them to send me an email where they confirm they sent the money back, did not happen either.
I think momondo should be better at checking the agencies they offer to book tickets from. Very disappointing and unprofessional!!!

You did an article on 12 of the Best Carnivals in the world and to my surprise and disappointment my country Trinidad and Tobago which has one of the best Carnivals in the World was the only country you all featured no one actually playing Mas....Seriously???
You guys got to be kidding we have a wide range of different types of mas that people both locally and internationally play and we get a pic of 4 people sitting down talking...Really???

Look at the other pics all of them people are dressed in their costumes, we have sailors, blue devils, Ole Mas , Big Bands, Shows, Pan and so much more and that is what we get. Not cool....You all should really fix that. We have one of the biggest street parades and I think it should of been showcased.

Don't give me wrong, we do have people on the side of the road enjoying the Carnival, but if you are going to release the best show it off.

Lovely design, lovely concept, horrible user experience. For instance: For a flight between Billund, Denmark and Lisbon, Portugal, which is a 3,4 hour direct flight, flights that take 10-25 hours are very often shown first. You have to change a pesky slider (you have to drag it, can't simply click where you want it). Who the hell wants to do 2-4 stops, wait +14 hours and/or do a sleepover in transit for such a short flight?

Also, the pesky slider setting you fumble your way though is reset, when you do another search. Back to the crappy results...

Also: Airlines that gets horrendous reviews elsewhere have sky high ratings on Momondo, which statistically speaking doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Example: Primera Air. This is an absolutely horrendous airline who has a rating of 1,8 out of 5 on Trustpilot with +275 reviews.

Momondo, you have the data. Use them! I bet next to no-one wants these crappy results, so you are doing no-one a favour.

great service to look for a flights in America. Not so good with connecting flights

It's weird - this used to be my favourite flight scanner, but they've let service slip. Not only have they stopped allowing customers to review the offers (third party, e.g. saying prices were not matched to promise) but Momondo is putting less efforts into vetting third party vendors now - there are some very dodgy outfits pushing weird prices on tickets (talking 25% off). Someone's pulled a lever further up, they've stopped giving a s*it it looks like.

Great search engine, right up there with Skyscanner - often the very cheap. But because of the cheap flights, don't be surprised if some of the travel sites they find are a bit dodgy.

Website shows false results. Flights seem cheaper than they appear and the timings of flights are false. I have alerted them of this and they replied with an email expecting me to do more testing of their website to them and prove it further than a screenshot provided. Not going to happen!

Apart that is free, honest, helpful and trustworthy choice.

Typed in all the passenger info, went to pay, the payment declined for no reason. Went to start all over from scratch and the price has increased £30 a head.

A deceiving search engine.
When first searching, the fare line guide show you fares at one price (e.g TLV -> LCA, on 17/08/18, 75$) and then when starting to drill down, there is no mention of this price and prices start at much higher rates, for our example, 200$ and more.

Very nice interface and easy to use. Like to compare the fares on that website. A pity that it is not possible (or maybe I just didn't find how to do it) to look for the cheapest date over a calendar like it is possible to do on Skyscanner.

At the end of booking, before paying, the price is changed!!!! This is not fair! What is this! You are announced in a bobble that the price was just changed but if you check on Momondo the price of ticket again, the price is the same with the price at the beginning of booking process.
