I frequently order used CDs or books from Momox. They are usually in good shape, at reasonable price. Shipping is fast.

I once had a broken CD case in an order. Their Customer service answered very fast and I was refund without any problem.

So I experienced the services of Momox in good and bad situations, and I was extremely satisfied in all cases.

I sold books - it went fine until they were to pay up and decided there were books they 'couldnt sell' and I'd either have to leave the books with them or pay to get them back.

Competitive prices and fast shipments. I have been placing a lot of orders with them and on the very rare occasion where there was an issue I was promptly reimbursed. Very pleased!

ACTUALIZACIÓN: Tengo que rectificar mi opinión inicial, y es que Momox finalmente se puso en contacto conmigo a través de su plataforma de soporte técnico y pese a que no han recibido la devolucion por causas desconocidas, me han devuelto el dinero íntegro. Finalmente estoy muy agradecido con el comportamiento de esta empresa.

OPINIÓN INICIAL: Soy comprador asiduo de todo tipo de productos en internet y me gustaría comentar la experiencia que he vivido comprando en esta tienda, ya que creo que puede ser útil a posibles clientes.

Compré en Momox a través del portal de Amazon un CD de K-Pop (27 euros), según su propia descripción en estado impoluto. Al llegarme el paquete faltan todos los elementos adicionales de este tipo de productos (póster, marcadores, photo cards, etc.) únicamente viene el CD y la caja. Al contactar con ellos para ver si puedo devolverles el producto me dicen que sin problemas.

Hasta ahí todo bien, el calvario viene ahora. Pese a haber pagado 3 euros de gastos de envío, la gestión de la devolución, así como los gastos de devolución también los has de pagar tú. Bueno, qué remedio, pienso, un poco injusto teniendo en cuenta que según descripción el artículo pasaba por nuevo. Pero asumo perder 3 euros de gastos de recepción, más 3 euros más de gastos de devolución que me cobró correos con tal de devolver el producto.

Hice la devolución, ahora ya hace 4 semanas, y tras contactar varias veces con el soporte técnico de la tienda me responden con mensajes automáticos diciendo que no pueden confirmar la recepción del paquete, pese a que yo había seguido de manera escrupulosa sus instrucciones de devolución.

La verdad que se te queda un poco cara de tonto viendo como ha salido todo mal, la sensación de desprotección y desconfianza como cliente de una tienda online hacía tiempo que no la vivía.

UPDATE: I have to rectify my initial opinion, Momox finally contacted me through its technical support platform and despite the fact that they have not received the return for unknown reasons, they have returned my full money. Finally I am very grateful for the behavior of this company.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am a regular buyer of all kinds of products on the internet and I would like to detail the experience I've had buying from this shop, as I think it may be useful to potential customers.

I bought a K-Pop CD from Momox through the Amazon portal (27 euros), according to their own description in pristine condition. When I received the package, all the additional elements of this type of product (poster, bookmarks, photo cards, etc.) were missing, only the CD and the box. When I contacted them to see if I could return the product, they told me that there was no problem.

Everthing ok since now. Despite you have to pay 3 euros for postage and packing to receive the product, you have to pay again for the return shipping costs, and worst of all, it's all your choice and responsability to manage the shipping of the parcel. Well, no prob, I think, a bit unfair considering that according to the description the item was brand new. But I assume to lose 3 euros of reception costs, plus 3 euros more of return costs that the post office charged me in order to return the product.

I made the return, now 4 weeks ago, and after contacting several times with the technical support of the shop they answer me with automatic messages saying that they cannot confirm the reception of the package, even though I had scrupulously followed their return instructions.

My conclusion is that I have felt a bit silly seeing how everything has gone wrong, I have no product nor money. I feel a lack of protection and distrust as a customer of an online shop that I haven't experienced for a long time.

Easy, peasy, quickly! In +/- hundred of books ordered, only once a mistake in a comic, which was returned and reimbursed without problem. I can only recommend using Momox. Luv it!

Warning! Fraud Alert! This seller stole my money. I never received the book I ordered and although the seller has multiple copies offered for sale on Amazon claims not to have a copy to send. After many frustrating emails back-and-forth I am still waiting for even a partial refund. They sent a random book and want me to pay to send it back to Germany at my own expense. Do not purchase from momox Shop!
