True value for money: total Customer satisfaction in all deliveries

Exactly the same experience as another Belgian customer below... They shipped it to Romania instead of Belgium and emails were appalling, they did everything they could to keep the payment while they knew and recognised it was wrongly delivered to another country... (Was asked to wait, then after 2 months they said DHL had forwarded the package but there was no tracking and still it did not arrive)

Then they locked me out of my account (when I ask to change password no email arrives), thankfully I had screenshotted the DHL tracking history earlier because I has zero email with the tracking, and thankfully I paid through Pp

Really disappointed as I had bought several times from Ubup, this time was a stressful and dishonest transaction.

For an easier retouring by sending printed forms to fill in by costumer would be requested.

A great site, easy navigation and free shipping.....but: Thereneeds to be better quality checks and control and there could be better size descriptions on Men shirts, such as slimifit, modern fit etc.

The classification of goods is not always correct (for example, with the filter “men's shoes” set, women’s bags are sometimes included in the list of goods); orders' management in your account is extremely primitive. However, the goods are excellent, the service is perfect, and the store is constantly expanding, which is very important in a crisis.

My order was shipped to the wrong country (Austria instead of Belgium). I contacted customer service straight away when I saw the mistake in the tracking number. They replied politely that basically it's not their problem anymore, it's all DHL's fault, and all I need is to wait.
Well, 6 weeks later my package is delivered to a random person somewhere in Austria.

It wasn't my first order from Ubub, I've received packages from them before without an issue. Some items were in great conditions, however, some items arrived in the wrong size or with a ridiculous amount of moths holes (cashmere sweater). I guess this shop cares more about the quantity they sell rather than the quality of items or satisfaction of their customers. All in all a disappointing experience.

Very good website, I don't usually buy second hand, but I was searching particular brand with unique models,and here there are so many different things to buy. My choice was better than the picture. So, totally OK.

I am so happily surprised. I used second hand stores a lot before (like Vinted) but the main negative point was that you couldn't send back the clothes if it didn't fit. There it's not the case and that's great I don't have to keep clothes if they don't fit me ! Also, the clothes are as described and smell nice, and great offers. I truly recommend:) I found some super nice North face clothes for so cheap

I love second hand, but I hate going to the actual physical stores--that's why Ubup it's perfect for me, I just love it that's its online and there are always some good finds, especially if you use the filters. :)

For the first time less content: I received shoes that are NOT sehr gut like UBUP promised but the heels are damaged so I wil not wear them and I also received a very dirty pair of trousers.....
Schade! I don’t return the items because from abroad shipping is not free and I do pay €10.
Why, I wonder? It should be less busier than normally.
