Keeps saying i can keep the products and they will exchage it for something else but i will have to 14.99£
I said no
Then they said they can only refund 25% and i can keep the stufff
Some stupid excuses

Tried several times to contact them to organise return.
All emails ignored, contact form page does not work on there website.
I went on Google earth and searched their listed address and it's a terrace house in the Netherlands.
I'd avoid this retailer something just isn't right about them.

Horrible quality items at relatively high price points. Another scam from an overseas company producing low quality products at average prices, tricking you into thinking these products were designed and manufactured in Europe. The quality and fit is horredous, the items don't even have tags/labels and loose threads were hanging off the jumpers. Avoid this company its a total scam.

This company are an absolute rip-off! I ordered a jacket for my husband, which came up rather small and also he did not like the pattern on the shoulder fabric.
I emailed explaining everything & to say I would like to return for a full refund. They emailed to asking for a reason of return & photos. Although I had explained and being too small is self explanatory, I send another email repeating the reason and added photos of my husband squeezed in the jacket, only to receive another email saying they can do an exchange (although they state they do refunds). So once again I replied to say I just want a full refund, & there is not another jacket my husband would like.
They then told me if I return the item I had to pay £14.99 & they would refund me 25% of the original £59.94! I told them I can send myself and to refund me the full amount I paid. They then said to keep the jacket and they will refund me 50%. I am sick of dealing with this awful company and told them to just send the 50% so I can be done with it.
But please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This is a scam company. I purchased an item that took a while to arrive. Before buying I checked returns policy. It looked OK. The item arrived and was cheap, nasty and way too small.
Then the fiasco started. I was asked to upload a photo of the item!! Then I was told that an exchange could be arranged at an additional cost of £14.99 (the item cost me £34 and was worth about £10 tops)! I replied that I didn’t want an exchange but a refund. I was told ( each time having to wait 2 days for response) that a refund was only possible if I paid £14.99 for the return postage. I wrote stating that I was getting Trading Standards involved. Nothing short of robbery. The latest response is that I keep the item (I don’t want it as it’s rubbish) and they refund 25%. So I lose £26 from these bandits. The story goes on ……
So, don’t touch this lot with a barge pole.

If there was a zero rating this company wouldn’t even deserve this. Very poor cheap garments at expensive prices. You believe you are getting good quality due to the price but could buy better from a market stall. Do not buy from this retailer.

Absolutely horrible experience with monacogents. I’ve orders a jacket that they claim to be from zara when in reality it’s not. The material is incredibly cheap, there’s no zara tag and i can tell it’s been bought off a website such as shein. I’ve asked for a refund and they made it really hard they made me answer multiple questions and then proceeded to tell me if i wanted to return the item that i’d have to pay them 15 pounds!!! Do not buy from here.

It’s not a classic scam but still a very poor experience. They are set up to look like a decent men’s retailer and everything about the website suggests they are British or at least European. They are Chinese, as soon as you get shipping notification it’s clear. I bought two jackets thinking they would be good quality. Took almost a month to arrive and they are very poor, cheap canvas over shirts rather than jackets. like the stuff you get from temu, I bought XL but they are too small. There seems to be no way to return or get a refund. It’s buyer beware……go elsewhere.

I did the mistake of not checking reviews before buying a jacket from this website. The website gave the impression that the company is based in the UK so I presumed the item would arrive in days and would be high quality as adverted. It turned out that the item is being shipped from China and is taking ages. The contact number of the company is from the Netherlands I believe. I don’t recommend this seller.

All the reviews are similar to my problem with that company. They ask me 14.99 for an exchange I didn’t even want. If there is anyone out there who can help to get my money back. Life is so expensive not fair

Ordered a jacket which took 3 weeks to come from China and tracking was poor I raised an incident with my card company and then cancelled it, the web says it is established in GB but the address on the web is in Holland and is a terrace house.
Not sure the the jacket is worth the cost.

Similar to other reviews. Placed order, received acknowledgement. Tracking details didn't work, 10 days later, item not delivered. " customer care" non existent. They masquerade as UK company but inevitably Chinese, with postal drop in Netherlands.
Definitely avoid.

Seems like a scam company. Ordered almost a week ago and still not dispatched. No response to multiple emails.

Update: item finally arrived but ridiculously small and terrible quality. Company repeatedly ignoring my request for a return and refund and instead ridiculously keep offering me to keep item and accept 15% refund. Scam Chinese company. Don’t make the same silly mistake as me. Avoid!!
