As far as property management goes these guys are shocking. The cut the grass when its wet an ruin the lawn, they tidy the gardens from rubbish, in my several years experience they miss windows when cleaning them and the ones they do clean are still dirty. The sit around on mobiles, smoking the majority of time on site and basically get money for nothing. AVOID!!
