We ordered back in July from this…
We ordered back in July from this company, over a month ago we sent them 2 payments as requested by them. They gave us an appointment for the 16th October. Without any notice we received an e-mail saying that the appointment was cancelled without any explanation. Over the hone they said that the payment was not received, our bank confirms that the payment reached them 100% we sent them all information proof of payment, unique transaction code to help track the payment if it was really the case that it didn't arrive....but guess what no reply whatsoever, made numerous calls they always promise to call back but never do.....Just a piece of advice the difference in price from other reputable companies is not very big so I would recommend to choose someone more reliable.

I was promised the legs Aug 16, then the 25th for sure, then Sept 1 and recently chatted on website but no response and no update how or when these legs are being delivered. My trust is this business is not just broken, it’s completely destroyed. Mondo Convenienza if you’re reading this, email me how and when you plan to resolve this and don’t bother with apologies, it’s the ACTIONS that speak to me. Adding insult to injury, MC replied with the same auto response. info provided several times previously but here it is again RR3MB3J7E. Once again, my phone and email are attached to the order number.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service . Not only did the engineer that arrived to take the measurements of my kitchen get my measurements wrong by an extra 10cm , I had to revisit the store three times to change the measurements because of this as well as ,spend 3 hours explaining each individual item in regards to my kitchen . Once settling this problem , I had found that on the Day of the assembly of my kitchen 3 vital items were missing I.e the chairs , tap and frame for my countertop . I had already experienced a problem like this before where I ordered a set for my bedroom in which they forgot to bring the chairs again and thus I had to wait an extra 4 months . During this time the door for my bedroom closet was bent and thus couldn’t be assembled that day so I had to wait an extra couple months just for that . Lastly the colour for my countertop arrived a dark grey when I ordered a completely different colour . In fact only one cupboard arrived in that correct colour for my kitchen set .In conclusion I would not recommend buying from this store unless you want to be stressed .

Horrible after sales service
Horrible after sales service! Missing items in our order including the fridge unit- had to order it and buy again! And the kitchen top came the wrong size and…. the box- kit for setting up the wardrobe was also missing! We asked to buy it on “helpline” , and emails to servzio clienti ecc ecc, but “ci dispiace non vendiamo pezzi di ricambio” so you expect us to buy a whole new wardrobe just for missing rails, wheels, screws and bolts??
And , please, don’t bother replying and asking us to call 06-91515, absolutely no help.

Missing items
Ordered everything from them...few items missing...from kitchen - fridge cupboard plus the two sides, bench top joint cut the wrong size...didn't check the itemsi within the 7 days of delivery as I relied on them to get what I ordered and had paid for...had to re order the three pieces again.
Bedroom suite sliding wardrobe missing all the assembly pieces. I rang to purchase the pieces again and was told they don't sell them separately.... ridiculous...I now have a wardrobe that can't be assembled. If they won't help me find a solution.....never again! We have already contacted that number.... they were of no help at all.... We are willing to pay for the assembly kit and they can't even help us with that. Total disgrace!
