I ordered kitchen and bedroom furniture by video call from the UK. The lady who assisted me on these calls was Carol R. She was absolutely first class. I was given a date for delivery and installation so I made my way to Italy and they did not disappoint me. On time with polite and efficient installation team on both occasions. Faulty installation and zero customer service
A week ago, I had my new kitchen installed. Four hours later, the upper cabinets became completely detached from the wall. Despite calling them immediately the next morning, there has been zero action on their part. They promised that someone would be in contact right away. A week later; nothing. My new kitchen sits in pieces in my living room. Absolutely infuriating. I couldn't recommend a company less.

Beware of Mondo Convenienza and never trust them
I got my fridge delivered from Mondo Convenienza and can confirm they are unprofessional as always. The fridge had a evident dent on the side. Guess what had Mondo Convenienza done? They attached the label over the dent in order to hide ot. So when I removed the label, surprise gift! A damaged fridge. Dishonest and shameful! Beware of Mondo Convenienza and never trust them.
