I bought a front spoiler and when I was going to screw in the bracket the threaded insert came off right away. After emailing back and forth they won't take it back and replace it with a new one. So I have payed for a front spoiler that can't be used. So avoid buying from them and choose a reputable dealer instead

Positive experience shopping here, I needed a new visor which no stores had stock of (specific colour) however Mondokart.com had plenty. I ordered a brake pump and had it sent to my mother in Germany. Shipping with import to Thailand always involves a lot of stress and fees.

My mother arrived in Thailand on December 15 and brought me the brake pump.

However, it turned out that instead of my brake pump, I had received a brake caliper for a front brake.

After exchanging a few messages, I was told that the brake pump would be sent to Thailand.

I made it clear that I was NOT willing to pay extra fees and import taxes. That's why I had arranged for my mother to ship it.

Today (January 5), I asked when my goods would be shipped.

I was given a tracking number. However, this tracking number was the old tracking number from the shipment to my mother in Germany.

So they didn't pay attention to all the emails regarding this problem and simply copied an old tracking number.

I have to assume that my goods still haven't been shipped.

I am now more than annoyed at how this company treats its customers.
