My money was fraudulently deducted twice and never returned.
I created 3 pots on my account where I keep money, and only transfer to the main account only when I need to spend. At least I have noticed twice when I transfer £30 and £20 respectively, and was debited £50 from my pot savings, but was only credited the actual £30 and £20. This is nothing but fraud, because my money was never returned. The worst part is that I get pushed out each time I tried to chat up an agent on the App help section. This is a fraudulent act.

Horrible bank
Easley the worst bank known to mankind. You have to pay to use everything, on top of that imagine working your ass off to have them decline every sort of transaction you try make and not allow you to have access to you’re money. This bank is a joke and i honestly don’t understand how they still have the license to operate. Save yourself for more than just a headache and never sign up with them
