Hi very disappointed that I have to write this as I did think that they were a responsible company
But they have gone back on the agreement that I have in writing reference all the money I have helped make the company off the backs of my old company! I first took my case to them as a victim of the pension scheme I was given bad advice on . Helped over 3 years to win that case .
To make them a deal ( all signed by solicitors)
for a small amount for every name from my old company that they won there case with . They asked for me to arrange a meeting with my ex workers , introduced them , this is when they offered my old mates deals to put forward ex employees of my company for less than I had struck a deal with . They don,t even answer
My emails. Very rude on the phone if I try to contact them by phone .
I have lost all faith in this company

This company has led me a merry dance, promised to phone me some 15 times re a claim, failed to do so and not even the courtesy of returning email requests to do so.
Despite their claim to be a no win no fee organisation, the only communication I had was that they may charge an upfront fee!
