Totally inept

Totally inept. As a lawyer i am appalled by the incompetence of this service. Having recently been instrumental in pursuing two claims in the small claims court it is unbelievable that the court could have lost 2 sets of documents sent by recorded delivery in both cases. A total overhaul from the top to the bottom is needed. In another case in which I was involved in the County Court in Leeds the Judge in the matter during a telephone case management hearing rambled on like an idiot before I had to interject to inform her that I was the claimant in the matter and not the Defendant.

Blocked response

Attempting to respond to a small false claim against my company, strangely I can’t access the site to respond or obtain the address to attend an appointment I was notified of yesterday afternoon?!.. I’ll need my opportunity to respond before accepting any judgement thank you.

Money Talks

Absolute joke of legal process. cost the vulnerable claimant unnecessary distress.
Especially when big corrupt fake m airlines who own football clubs can just come along and stamp all over the judicial protocol.
Diabolical and shambolic abuse of the judicial process service .
This country has gone to the ground
Just read the 1000’s of one star reviews

Absolutly terrible service

moneyclaims.service. gov.uk

Absolutly terrible service, arrogant and poor quality judges lacking any knowledge of the real world and terrible 19thC administration, biased towards those who can afford solicitors, forms full of jargon, forms returned for minor errors, never ending fees, starts on line and then goes back to letters. Need to understand that the administration of justice is as important as the legal decsions. Do not care
Needs completely revamping, facilitates bullying and abuse. No support for disabled people.
