This was my first experience of straightforward annuity purchase from funds accumulated in my SIPP pension pot. Thank you, Mark. You did an excellent job handling the administration, helpful and competent at every stage of the process, and all for a very modest commission. I'm delighted to have come across Moneyworld and cannot speak too highly concerning the quality service provided.

Had a wonderful, smooth experience taking out life insurance with Mark from MoneyWorld. Friendly, helpful service at a great price - i can't ask for anything more. If only I received this level of customer service everywhere.

I have just used Moneyworld to purchase an annuity - Mark Fraser was excellent and I strongly recommend him / Moneyworld. My annuity purchase was not always straight forward, partly due to my own requirements changing and also volatile annuity pricing. Mark provided excellent service throughout, always patient and calm, keeping me fully informed, ensuring I got excellent value for money and the best annuity to suit my requirements. On top of this, the Moneyworld commission rates are extremely competitive when compared to other providers.

Like others here, I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Fraser. He handled our annuity very well. It all went smoothly and he went to considerable effort to keep us informed every step of the way. Moneyworld service was open and transparent about commission and was much better value than larger competitors.

Moneyworld, and Mark in particular, provide an exceptional Annuity service, for a very reasonable commission.

I came across Moneyworld through reading a ten year old "Guardian" article which spoke highly of them and, having used them recently to assist me with setting up an annuity with one of the major providers, I can wholeheartedly say that the service Moneyworld provides today is still exemplary.

From the outset, they offered both a personalised and totally professional service. They were always on hand to answer questions and kept on top of the annuity purchase through to a successful conclusion.

Their service is far superior to that offered by the big name financial intermediaries I had contact with at the time. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Moneyworld and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I asked Moneyworld to help me set up an annuity from a personal pension pot on an "execution only" basis after being frustrated by how much I would be charged by local financial intermediaries for the same service. Using Moneyworld helped me to reduce my costs by 80% compared to the most expensive quote. Despite the competitive costs, the level of customer service received was exemplary with excellent communication and proactive management throughout. I would fully recommend Moneyworld to friends and family.

My experience of this company was second to none. At a point in my life where I have decided to take early retirement, I needed to find primarily the most competitive deal on purchasing an annuity, and secondly a broker who could execute this swiftly and professionally. Having dealt with numerous financial institutions and businesses connected to the finance industry for many years, I can honestly say this one is up there with the best. The quotes they submitted were equal to all the major brokers out there, and the commission they charged was way less as they choose to give most of it back to the customer to enhance the annuity, because they think it's morally right. And on top of that the service was excellent. You quite simply wouldn't get that level of personal service with a large company. They took into account that there was limited time to execute the deal and that annuity rates are falling, and worked endlessly to get the deal done as quick as possible. I don't give 5 star reviews lightly but this one is well deserved.

I have used Moneyworld a couple of times for different products for execution only transactions, that is without advice and where you, the customer, specify exactly what you want. Obviously that isn’t for everyone, but the administration and process is quick and straightforward and they offer great value for money.

I am sure that I will use them again.

Moneyworld was one of few companies that would carry out an excecution only service. There was no pressure and Mark was very helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend if you want an excecution only service at a reasonable cost.

Been using Moneyworld for the past 8 or 9, years, always received great service from the team,Mark and Mel.

Great rates for life insurance and so simple to use. Much cheaper than what was available directly on the insurance sites and we had life insurance in place in about ten minutes. We applied for the cheaper rates with the upfront fee, ended up not taking the first product we applied for. As advertised, the fee was promptly refunded. We will definitely use them for our future insurance needs.

Email or phone I get buying support for Structured Product through them.
Paid on results after transaction via bank transfer. Always supportive with prompt details. Some charge 6 times their rates. Portfolio of 5 deals so far.

I purchased an annuity from Moneyworld in September 2023 on a commission based route, rather than advised fee route, as I knew exactly what product features I wanted.
(I had already taken advice from the governments free pensions advice service and done extensive research).
This was the most cost effective way by miles to buy my annuity which gave me a payout of nearly £1000 per year more in pension!
My pension is RPI inflation linked too!
This was because the broker at Moneyworld was prepared to payback all but 0.25% of his commission into my pension plan, so there was more of my money to buy my annuity, which in turn means I got a higher payout.
In hard figures, one mainstream broker would have taken £6,682 from my fund (3.5%) in commission just to sell me an annuity...frankly I think that is nothing short of criminal!
Hargreaves Lansdown would have taken £5,136 from my fund (2.69%) in commission, which is not much better, although the payout they were quoting on their online quote service was one of the best.
In contrast, Moneyworld took £477 (0.25%) in commission from my fund, after negotiating an individualized quote with the best annuity provider for my needs, that I had already found in quotes online.
In more meaningful hard figures, this meant that the annual annuity payout to me was improved by very nearly £1000 a year compared to the quotes from the mainstream brokers.
Not only that, the service I received from my broker at Moneyworld was excellent.
So for a bit of time & effort looking into and understanding all the options, making my mind up what I wanted, then liaising with Moneyworld to obtain a more personalized quote, I have secured almost £1000 a year extra pension income for my retirement, which I will benefit from for every remaining year of my life!
I can't recommend Moneyworld's cost effective, personable, efficient service highly enough!!!

I needed a refund from this company as the Life Insurance wasn't suitable. I was emailed back quickly, refunded promptly and also got a courtesy phone call.

Have used Money world for many years to invest in Structured Products. Wide range of plans and excellent service at a very reasonable rate of commission. I will definitely continue to invest using their services and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Moneyworld are a great broker for Structured Products. I have been placing business through them for many years and their customer service is always excellent. Remember, too, that as far as commission is concerned they will always try and beat any other genuine offer ... great value for money.

I first came across Moneyworld at the end of 2021. I found them to be very helpful and courteous, I have invested in structured products for about 10 years and this company was as good as other companies I had invested through, but a lot less expensive. I have even dealt with them whilst being out of the country and Jeff Ludgate could not have been more helpful. Melissa, another member of staff I have come across has also been more than helpful. I shall continue to use Moneyworld.
