The staff were totally fabulous , caring , courteous and thoughtful , the venue well thought out and relevant , and the actual game just brilliant .
One of the best things that I have ever completed

One of the best things that I have ever completed
I'd never even heard of this but my brother booked it as a birthday present for myself, his wife and her sister. We were greeted by very friendly staff who made us more than welcome. Our game started about 11:30 I think and the ladies who ran our game were brilliant. They encouraged us and spurred us on through the various tasks and challenges round the board. All done with energy and enthusiasm. I work at a tourist attraction and I know how hard it is dealing with hundreds of people every day - not because they are difficult people, just maintaining your enthusiasm as you start to tire. To us it was a one off game, to them it might be the third, fourth or more in a day. Well done to you all. You're doing a great job and I recommend you to my friends and family.
London site:
I arrived at the door with two mature friends, I am 67. We were not drunk or rowdy. I was wearing a Union Flag on my back, and was told I could not come in whilst wearing it.
The door staff were very polite and diplomatic, it was clear from their expressions that they felt very awkward about the policy, but they enforced it politely and professionally.
So an old man wearing a union flag in his own country gets barred from coming in. I of course refused to take it off. I am not ashamed to be English/British.
The prejudice against british flags and people wearing them is disgraceful. People are brainwashed, and full of hate for people that love their country. Just where do you think we are going to go?
In my experience this organisation is for the opposite of fun. It had been an exceptionally good day up to that point.
Edit: The more I think about it the worse it gets… They must really hate their door staff too. A really nice black man and black woman. Having to tell old blue eyed anglo saxons they can’t come in wearing the flag of their country. What a horrible thing for them to have to say.
I think they need a bonus and an apology from management.
Excellent service from Peter at the Box office this weekend. Thank you!
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! The actors who played tokens are fun and keep the game flowing without being in the way. Mr Monopoly was hilarious and ALL the staff were just lovely and friendly…so unlike lots of places in London! Warren and Justin helped us to ensure we got our game and to the girls that thrashed us…well played ladies!!
Brilliant night out!
Please please please come to Manchester!!
