Please don't trust them you probably won't receive any free bets and the welcome offer is false I had reservations as the site is very poor I got scammed £10 don't make the same mistake I did.

Made a withdrawal request in august. Received the money middle of December. Unacceptable.

Honestly it's a good site, deposited and got the bonus for opening account after speaking to a member of staff which only took 2 minutes to get back to me, the slots are just the same if not better than most others out there and just can't believe the bad reviews. In play betting odds are very good as well, alot better than most!

Avoid so far I’ve spent £100 playing sugar rush every other casino by the time I spent £30-£40 I got a scatter won some money back nothing even the smaller games don’t give u wins then I accidentally deposited £60 I instantly withdrew it they charged me £3 I will be reporting monster casino to the gambling commission I think their games don’t let u win so you spend more for them to pocket I’ll be blocking them they are total bandits

I had the same issue as one of other users in these reviews. I opened a new account and bet £10. FreeBet was not credited because I have an account in their “sister site”. THERE IS NO SISTER SITE! THEY SHOULD OPERATE UNDER ONE NAME!!!!

The worst experience ever had with a gambling site.
Free bets are misleadingly advertised and Ts and Cs very unclear.
Despite meeting all the criteria for the free bets including the original wager, use of the free bet in specified time and wagering on cash winnings first before winnings from free bet they did the following. Refused to pay me over £70 winnings saying the bet settled 2 hours too late. They had happily allowed me to place a bet. Their customer support team seemed to find it funny that I had missed out. Their complaints process was totally dismissive and showed zero sense of customer service.
I have used many other sports betting sites - and have always found their support staff helpful. I would strongly advise nobody to ever use Monster Casino

Sorry but another site that just does NOT at all live up to the hype should have checked reviews it’s absolutely awful, £400 low stakes and not a single bonus on any games just completely rinsed ..as others have said you must avoid these online digital thieves …scam site !!!

I can't change my password which.I forgot.Cant receive any emails to my account and I have checked nothing is blocked and nothing in spam.
I have been owed money for some.time.
Just spoke to them on chat and their answer was 'Nothing more we can do'

So my far experience has been good so I am being hopeful! I uploaded my documents on Saturday for them to be approved last night. The online chat support have been very helpful very time I have messaged them.

I signed up and deposited £10 and placed a bet to receive my £30 free bet. My initial bet won. I placed my Free £30 get which also won. Because I withdrew my original £10 bet after winning my free £30 was cancelled and I received nothing. After messaging with Daniel on monster, who was rather cocky towards the end of our messaging, claiming it is very clear if you win and take back your winnings,you lose your free bet. Sound right?

Absolutely awful, charge you to make withdrawals and the returns are the worst out of all sites I have used. Avoid at all costs

scam gang of thieves, I deposited money I never use bonuses I won, wanting to withdraw my winnings, they asked for documents they were verified and I still haven't received the money when I wrote to them again I was asked to send documents again And it's been like this for a month and I can't get my money back! !!! they steal from people. Write complaints there are various advice let them close this thieving casino!!! in the end they will pay for their actions just like CASUMO casino!!!

Anybody reading this, I cannot stress enough that this site is a scam! How on earth it gets away with it I don't know! I used a £30 free bet and won £120 however the bet status still keeps saying 'pending'. I have contacted them via chat and email and I keep getting the same BS response - lying to say the free bet expired which it didn't otherwise I wouldn't have been able to use it in the first place! Unfortunately for them they have scammed the wrong person as my girlfriend is a solicitor and legal action will be taken! I have used many less well-known betting sites which have been great, this is the first one to ever do this.
