After reading the reviews last night i was a bit worried about not receiving my winnings, I had no problem at all, I got an email and message saying they had gone thru, I checked and they where in my account, thanks. Good choice of games and good lay out.

Still not had my winnings ??????
It’s making me think how monster casino is a scam but they have a took a lot of deposit of me but won’t pay out can anyone help me report this as fraud what line do I go down thank you as now I’m going to searching I have all screen shots of them telling me different lines

Stay away big time! Used these guys and was expecting a free bet. Won my original bet and got a free bet. Used the free bet and won, the winnings went into a bonus pot. I tried to withdraw but it wouldn’t let me, I spoke to someone on chat and he said I need to withdraw my money in my current pot that I won from my original bet to be able to withdraw my bonus pot. I done this and my bonus pot winning disappeared. I queried this with the person on the chat and he said it was not his fault. As frustrated as I was I decided it wasn’t worth it to challenge as the person on the chat was not being helpful. Today I get an email asking me to send a photograph of the bank card I used to make the deposit with to allow me to withdraw my original bet winnings! This is an absolute SCAM! Never use them please!

Absolute joke of a casino. Strangely easy to deposit money which is surely the more important part?? ya know to try and stop people depositing and playing with money that's not theirs.

But of course when trying to withdraw you have to jump through hoops. Take pictures of passports, pictures of you holding it. Why the hell didn't you care about any of this for depositing. Morally bankrupt pieces of crap.

Promise welcome offer, but not release promised free bet.

I wish I could give them zero stars.
I have been waiting weeks for a withdrawal and constant emails to customer support are met with a cookie cutter response which suggests they didn’t even read my message. They are unhelpful and unresponsive and it feels like they have stolen my money. Stay wel away from this company, they are not legit.

Used the 200% deposit bonus I made a withdrawal on the 6th September in my bank today the 7th of September. Can’t fault very good casino

I cannot stress enough steer clear of this awful company!! After repeatedly uploading the requested documentation both via the document upload page and by email I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be approved. They are ignoring my emails and even cut me off halfway through a live chat message. You have absolutely no chance of contacting them by phone either. After reading through other reviews I can see I am just one of many!!

Waited so long for the withdrawals, customer service was not nice at all. I don't like it. 2 stars only because they got games I love.

After an unsuccessful attempt to write a negative comment on AskGamblers, they finally wrote back to me, not that I have to wait and apologize, but specifically that they have my documents.
I just have to write why I transferred Mr. X 200 pounds and a few other trifles an What is happening !!!!!!
Is it legal to take out such private things 🤔 When I deposit large amount and often and lost They don't care but When I deposit small amount and win Paysleeps and even statements not enough They wanna more evidence and more...
Had my withdrawal

Absolutely disgusting!!

I have been waiting since December 2020 to be paid my winnings of £38,000!!!!

They now ignore all emails after requesting my documents multiple times at first. I have raised 5 complaints, contacted the Gambling Commission, tried resolver (no response) and raised a dispute with eCogra who said they had responded to them and I hadn’t completed the interview complaints process so they closed my case!

I have now raised another case with eCogra and yet another formal complaint but I don’t hold out any hope! Absolutely soul destroying

Has anyone received money from these? I won over 2 weeks ago 16th July 2021, and am still waiting to be paid. If tried ringing but no luck same with live chat. However I have managed to email them with a response a week ago and since then nothing.
Has anyone had better luck.

I’m in the same boat as everyone else. How frustrating is this it’s a joke. Non payment of withdrawals and now they’ve blocked my account lol. They were quick to do that after I viewed my concerns at not receiving my money. I’m unable to get into my account to get my account number. What on earth are we supposed to do.

I’d rate them zero stars if it was possible. I’m in the same boat as everyone else. Two withdrawals from middle of May still not received. I’m getting the same response as everyone else. All documents they’ve asked for have been sent.
