Greedy company

Greedy company.
My annual subscription renewed while I was travelling for work and unable to attend to email admin. On return, I asked to cancel the unneeded subscription and MonsterInsights refused to refund me for the pro-rata amount, instead citing their' T+C's which list a 14-day refund window.

Now I am saddled with MonsterInsights for a whole year - a subscription I do not need and a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend them and believe them to be greedy and uncaring to their clients.

Very poor

Very poor, overpriced, when I wantedto stop paying for this service I had around 10 actions to perform before it would let me and bugging me along the way, including making it difficult and confusing. not a good look for a company that charges you 250 pounds a year!

Highly recommended!

I haven't been using MonsterInsights for very long, but so far I have nothing but positive things to say. Now I have much more control over what can be improved on my website and how to do it. I also regularly receive very helpful messages. Highly recommended!

Monsterinsights 100% Recommend

I have been using Monsterinsights for a couple years now and feel there is no other tool of it's kind that offers the depth and accuracy of reporting, and also, very importantly, the support I have always received is responsive, communicative and problems solved, every time! Thank you all!

MonsterInsights makes the Google…

MonsterInsights makes the Google Analytics setup very easy, and the pro version is loaded with helpful add-ons, depending on your needs. And MonsterInsights support is PHENOMENAL. They respond super quickly and are very helpful.
