Terribile customer service. Parcel never delivered, nonsense tracking, blocked home to receive it as the courier stated it would arrive yesterday but it did not happen. Customer service is out of order, it gives an error code so impossible to contact them about the problem. Never again.

Horrible service. Support team answered only after 2 days. No option to get to the operator to fix urgent issues.

Worst customer service!!! I did order 3 perfume from them a month ago and iam still waiting for them.

I bought two perfumes and one of them was defective.
A few days after I made the first complaint, the second perfume also started to have problems with the atomizer. I believe there may be problems with this batch that may be defective. I informed the seller who arranged for the collection of the perfume, but when the product was collected, the carrier did not provide me with the tracking number or the collection receipt number. I thought it was strange and informed Montale's support team. The person who answered me was Jose, who replied, "As soon as the carrier provides me with the collection data, I will inform you."
Wouldn't it be more correct to collect the product and automatically provide the return tracking number?
So far, I have not received a refund for the second perfume . Both was returned to Montale

I had been communicating back and forth sorting my order and I love how each time I got the same agent to speak with. My bottle arrived faulty however José responded quickly and assisted on getting me a replacement. They are very friendly and efficient at there job…. This was my first order with Montale and I will be ordering again. The service is fast and they are eager to assist you. Although the bottle was faulty I have seen reviews that this isn’t overly common and they’re happy to replace ( of course as long as proof is provided) I will be ordering again.

Bought a 100ml of Arabians Tonka.
Was sent a free 20ml of Intense Café that was impecable and very well packaged.
Not the 100ml bottle... The bottle was almost empty! No packaging nothing... Just laying on the bottom of the bag that came inside the shipment box.
Contacted costumer service: they asked for a pictur of the bottle on a kitchen scale.
Provided it.
Then they asked me for a picture of the shipment box... Which is absurd. Not only the box was going to be clearly open (I needed to open it to have the perfumes?!?) but I disposed of the shipment box... Why would I keep it? It just seems like an excuse not to be responsible for a clear fault on Montale's side!

The bottle has no damage to it. It's just empty... Its happens, we are all prone to error. It can be solved but no. No effort seems to be made here to amend the error, that clearly, is on their side.
130€ on rubbish!

On their website it says that they have a guarantee that the package will be shipped off within 72 House of the order being placed. I have now waited for well over 4 days and have only reiceived a mail that the package is in progress. I am not happy with this:(

Great fragrance, Infinity, terrible service. I ordered before xmas so realised it would likely be delayed but it took 2.5 weeks to arrive. The main fragrance was there, the free 20ml for ordering a 100ml bottle was there and the 5 x 2ml sample set i paid for was there. However the 3 x 2ml samples that were meant to be sent for free weren't. Yes they put in some stickers, a jute bag and a pendant, all that i didn't want, were there but not the free samples that had ultimately helped persuade me to complete the purchase.
I emailed and after checking with their warehouse they confirmed they were included and provided a staged photo that they could have taken today. Basically meaning, after spending over £100 and purchasing samples of fragrances i intended on then purchasing a full bottle of, i was lying about 3 x 2ml bottles. Poor.

Black Aoud by Montale, tried many Aoud / Ouds from top brands and designers. I like to rotate, you need to take in to account the different variations mix and tones, by this I mean top note, heart and base. Depending on where the Aoud / Oud projects from. This would normally be the base and believe me it makes all the difference. Once I'm ready for my next bottle I seem to always come back to Black Aoud by Montale. surprisingly very few have heard about this range. If you're looking for something different and stand out in a crowd then this is the one. So far according to me this is the KING of all Ouds.

I received the perfume I ordered today. The delivery to UK took about a week. They were kind enough to send me some samples and everything was so beautifully packed. I am so impressed with their quality, will definitely be ordering again soon.

Excellent service & products! I have already ordered 12 perfumes from their official online store and I am very satisfied! The parcels (from France) are always delivered to my house within 1 week. Everything is always very beautifully and carefully packaged in a gift bag, with multiple complimentary samples. Always a pleasure to treat myself with something by Montale Parfums :)

I ordered a few perfume samples. I hesitated between 2 perfumes and their CS responded to me kindly and quickly. The goods were properly packaged and shipped at the time they promised (2-3 days after ordering). I received a tracking number and GLS Croatia delivered to me all in the best order.

Ordered a 100ml perfume bottle and some samples. Never got an e-mail with any tracking so I contacted thema and they sent the tracking number. After a few days it showed up as delivered. I had not recieved any packages that day and no one in the entire building had seen a package for me. Contacted them again, told me to contact DPD. DPD told me I should contact them since Montale needs to figure it out with them and not me. They never even replied to me again and I'll probably never see my €133 back.
To anyone wanting a Montale perfume, you might want to get it at a trusted store of website and not this one! AVOID!
