Excellent customer service
Kenan, the person I was speaking to , was very supportive towards my problems, understood the reasons behind my concerns and truly made me feel like I was talking to a person I've already spoke to before, even though it was the first call we've had. He told me his actions in advance, making me feel very respected and welcomed. He also replied very quickly towards the email I sent to him afterwards , which I really appreciated.
