Montesino Translation Reviews 

I have used Montesino three times. The first time, there were many mistakes in the translation, and they didn't respond to my first email 24 hours after having submitted the job asking where the translation was. In the end, they worked to get it right, and I had the electronic version 2 days later after writing pointed emails insisting simple things be corrected (they couldn't even write a number correctly as it had been on the original), and the paper version a little more than a week after the job had been submitted. My second experience was much the same.

Since we had eventually ended up with correct copies on the first two jobs, I gave them one more chance, this time submitting the project one week before I needed it done. Three emails I sent 24-30 hours after the order had been submitted to them went unanswered, and they finally answered a day and a half after submitting the order that the were working on it. The email also insisted that I give information that I had already given in the order placed online. When the first electronic version of the document came to me, it had the same basic errors, and a few problems with idiomatic language. I submitted changes to them 5 hours after receiving this first copy, and then heard nothing for two days! They then sent me an email (to the wrong email address, not connected with this order, and now nearly 4 days after having submitted the order) asking if I had any corrections to make. They hadn't even seen the email I sent two days earlier! A full WEEK after having submitted the job, I received the corrected electronic version, and now it was too late for me to deliver the documents abroad myself. When I asked them to make up for their problems by sending the documents abroad so I wouldn't have to pay postage, they refused, with no offer of compensation for our trouble. Fully TWO WEEKS after having submitted the order, I received the version via mail, and will now pay for postage to ship it abroad.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or if you do, don't expect anything remotely within their advertised 24-hour completion timeframe they advertise on their website, expect to send a lot of unanswered emails before the job is finally done correctly, and expect to see many errors.

Their 24-hour turnaround is a joke and false advertising.

I got my documents translated by this company for my Visa application . USCIS requires that I translate my documents which are in Spanish. Montesino was very professional and even sent me a notarized copy of the translation through USPS. Overall I would work with them again.😀

Do not recommend to deal with this outsourcer under any circumstances. This is the worst experience I ever had. If you ever receive a message from Marion Sales associated with this translation agency, please it or move it to spam folder. This is an unscrupulous person and does not pay for completed jobs and deny obligations initially taken.
I was recently contacted by your employee Marion Sales regarding translation project. She didn't inform me about the real translation volume of the project but accepted my rate per was that was explicitly sated in my proposal. I gave hers a rough estimation of the total project cost but in the course of work it turned out that the real project volume was much bigger than my initial estimate. Then I suggest to reassess the work scope according to my initial per word rate or just pay me for already completed part according to the agreed rate.
Finally she let me know that she had found another translation and assigned the whole project to him. She didn't offer me any compensations even after I had sent her the completed part of the project.

They responded quickly, did a great job on the translation and it was a very smooth transaction! Thank you!

The best translation service

Montesino translation is at least a decade ahead of local translations one may have in their home country. Besides being agile and proactive, they were able to keep in touch with me, manage anxiety and quite flexible during the process.

One single coment I´d do is related to the "country list dropbox" during the payment process. It seemed to have a very limited number of countries when I paid.

I had a diploma translated by Montesino Translation. What I liked is the way they were making sure everything was spelled correctly, because I'd hate if I received a document and there was a spelling mistake. Very thorough translation, and a great communication with the translator
