2 Player Dance Mat

Purchased a 2 player dance mat. The right side does not work therefore you cannot play with 2 people. Reached out and after sending videos to prove it, they will give a partial refund but then I am expected to pay $20 to ship it back. If it gets damaged in transit, then I get nothing. When they receive it which could take a month, they will send another one but I have to pay for that shipping also. I just requested a return label and my money back. They refuse. I would not ever do business with them again. Games are of low quality and many typos. Ex: Player is spelled Plalyer.

This company is nothing but a scam

This company is nothing but a scam , I ordered jar flats got some off the wall flats and when I used some they didn't stay sealed more than a week , I contacted them and in order to get a refund they said ship back but the cost of shipping them back to the address provided would cost as much as I paid for their junky lids. I wouldn't recomend anyone to order their junk. They are lying thieves

Ordered projector never arrived, Ebay sided with company and would not refund.

I ordered a projector from this company. It was never received. I contacted Ebay and my credit card company. Ebay sided with Titi and refused to refund my money saying that the item had been delivered. I wish I had read the reviews here before I purchased, but I thought Ebay would stand behind the customer....not so...I am a seller myself on Ebay and they would never allow me to get away with this. I am taking my store to ETSY asap.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!!!

Wish I had read reviews before buying from this scam seller. Took forever to get jars and lids and when I finally received them, they were made quite inferior to the Ball jars I’m used to and some of the lids were dented and damaged. I’ve been back and forth with them but getting no where. I’m ashamed for trusting their website on good faith.

I ordered 10 cases of mason jars from a website calling itself the "Official Mason Jars" website on November 3, 2020. I was only given the option to pay through Paypal. Much time went by and I didn't receive them. I tried to check the status of my order on their website, but they had taken it down. I found an email for them on Paypal, so I contacted them. After several infuriating, unhelpful emails from them I was told they'd refund $85.00 of the $101.00 I had paid. They didn't, so I opened a dispute on Paypal, and messaged with this company back and forth several times trying to get a refund. The last message they sent said they had no intention of refunding my money. I escalated the dispute to Paypal, and Paypal immediately closed the case, saying I was not eligible for a refund. (???) I will be closing my Paypal account. The people running this operation called "Titi Online" should not be allowed to do business. They are dishonest thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They took $101.00 from me and had no intention of fulfilling my order.

I placed a large order for Ball canning…

I placed a large order for Ball canning lids with this company and they sent me some off brand lids that dont even fit my canning jars. I attempted a refund from PayPal and they are refusing my refund. I dont know if Im madder at this company for thier deceit or PayPals refusal to refund my money. I placed my order in haste and read reviews directly after I placed my order. I IMMEDIATELY wrote the company numerous times requesting they cancel my order but they sent an email back telling me to try thier products because they were positive I would enjoy them. I wrote numerous times begging them to cancel my order but they only sent the same statement each time back to me. I am now stuck with $200.00 worth of useless products that I can do nothing with. DO NOT order from these liars and thieves....and be wary of PayPal as they have failed to offer assistance in this matter.

DODGY - DO NOT BUY
Bought a large pink happy nappers for my daughters birthday. Paid extra for express delivery. Arrived 2 weeks late and was a small white happy nappers.... attempts to return and get a refund was met with someone trying to haggle to refund of lass than 25% even when the product is useless.

There was no mention that the shipment was coming from China. What they sent was a good ole heating pad that probably sells for less than $10 with no massaging capability. I paid through paypal and finally contacted with TITI's fraud. After reading the reviews, I realize now that this company is a SCAM artist. Feel guilty about giving them a 1 star-- they don't deserve even that.

Insulting.

Fraudulent. Deceitful. Ridiculous attempt to compensate for defective product shipped haphazardly from China. (Canning lids and rims shipping from China in a plastic bag - ridiculous.)
It’s embarrassing to think our country allows vendors like this to do business here. Insulting - both the product and the resolution to the calling out of defective merchandise.

FRAUDULENT "COMPANY"

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a Karate Kid costume for $30.59 and paid $10.00 for 3-7 day expedited shipping, then tried to cancel the order through customer service who then stopped responding to me until the next message a couple days later saying they shipped the costume out and it was too late to cancel the order and I could return it once it arrived. As soon as the 7 day shipping window closed I asked for a refund of my $10.00 for the expedited shipping with they denied and the countered with the offer of 1.00 US DOLLAR. Flash forward a month and many back and forth messages with customer service, I just received the costume 2 days ago and have been trying to resolve it through PayPal to get my money back. On top of that their website disappeared like a week and a half after I ordered from it and the costume isn't even what I ordered. If I'm lucky enough to get a 50% refund out of them I will consider this a small victory. Most definitely am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM! THEY'RE CLAIMING TO SHIP FROM THE USA WHICH IS A BOGUS LIE! 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AND STILL NOTHING! I've opened a dispute against them! They're TELLING me that my order was suspended due to THIS dispute which is FALSE! I told them to refund the money IMMEDIATELY! Thankfully I went through Paypal, so I'll have more help with this dispute! They told me to contact them through their customer service email, yet there ISN'T ONE! Their WEBSITE is gone! There is no way of checking for order status, NOTHING! These guys NEED TO BE BANNED FROM ANY AND ALL ONLINE SALES! I found they also have an Etsy shop as well as a place on Amazon! I'll be sure to report BOTH of those places as well! FRAUD BASED SHOP IS ALL THIS IS!

I'm giving this company 3 stars because they refunded me within 3 days after I canceled my order. I would give them 5 stars for custom service, but their website was misleading. I thought I was ordering from an American company, Leader USA 2020, but when I checked my PayPal receipt, it was TiTi Online. I could no longer find the website. I checked the reviews and found this site. I canceled right away and they offered $8 off if I kept my order, but I told them I wanted to cancel. They refunded my within 3 days for which I am thankful, but their websites shouldn't be misleading.

Buyers Beware

This seller fraudulently sold a poor reproduction claiming it was authentic. They removed their website as soon as I complained directly to them via email. PayPal is accepting their resolution that I should mail it back to China. The shipping would cost me more than the purchase price. Had I known it was coming from China I would have never made the purchase. Buyers Beware! They open a web page sell merchandise and than shut it down. They are pure scam artists.
