My own experience with this company has …

My own experience with this company has been pretty appalling: the bath they advertised as being a 'Sale' item turned out to have been shop-soiled and discontinued; significantly misdescribed when advertised, it was delivered with important and unavailable parts missing which I was not informed about in advance; when it was finally collected from me and taken back into stock, they refused to process their promised credit card refund and used every excuse in the book to avoid honouring the agreement they had made with me. After almost 2 months and over 70 e-mails, I succeeded in recovering the money - more than £1650 - through my bank's Disputes and Chargebacks department. I would not recommend them.
