I have been getting Moo business cards for several years and always LOVE the results! They do incredible work. This year I decided to get notecards made, and when my ordered arrived, I was thrilled as usual, except that I saw that a typo slipped by me. This has never happened so when I called Moo to see what my options were I was STUNNED when they offered to reprint and expedite shipping immediately. For free. I actually felt my heart grow a couple of sizes it filled up so full. They have helped me in the past with graphic design issues from an equally generous and eager to please perspective so I can say without hesitation that this sort of open-hearted customer service is a trait of the company that makes them stand out. I will keep using them for all of my marketing needs as long as they exist. I love working with them! Thank you Moo for making my life easier and for making my work stand out. I am grateful for you.
