The cards were of high quality and the photos l uploaded all looked great, even though some were taken with a normal phone camera. However, the Programme on the website did not correctly recognize the alignment of some photos (I ordered different front sides, with the same backside), leading to the programme thinking some photos that were taken vertically were horizontal, which made the photo flipped on some cards. In this way, the backside was the right way around, while the front side wrong. I‘m not sure whether the customer could fix this issue in the Programme, as I‘ve only noticed this flaw when the cards arrived.
Always get great compliments when using these card. Quality over quantity anytime!
I loved how my cards turned out! They shipped and arrived far quicker than I had expected which was a nice surprise. The picture quality was clear and I appreciated being able to customize each of the photos on the backs of them. I'm so happy that there was the option for rounded corners so that I would not have to manually cut them. I got many compliments from the people that I handed them out to as they were equally amazed with the quality. I made sure to recommended Moo to them!

Alright, so I used this company to make photo card freebies VERY last minute for an Ateez concert. I want to start off by saying the quality of the cards themselves was AMAZING! I got the MOO standard business card size because they were the closest to real photocard sizes. They felt so sturdy, they were so glossy, and tbh they looked like official photocards. Everyone loved them. That being said, did have some minor issues with the actual product though, and with getting the product, which is why i’m docking off a star. To start— they might be the best quality in the world, but I bought two sets of 50 cards (each set had different images on them) and BOTH sets only had 49 cards in the pack. I don’t know if they count the sample card they give you as one but I paid for 50 and got 49 of the cards I actually designed, which was a bit upsetting. I don’t want to give them 3 stars for that just because I was so happy with the end product, and I also don’t know if something just happened with my order, but be aware you’re potentially getting one less business card that you’re paying for. When reading other reviews I didn’t hear about this problem so maybe it was just me! The other thing is, I paid extra $$ for express shipping, and their concept of express shipping was not what I expected. I purchased my cards on 7/25, and they were estimated to arrive on 7/30. Now, the website has a little “status” section that is supposed to tell you what stage your order is at. After the day I ordered, my order was showing as “packing” all the way until the morning of the day the package was supposed to arrive. That made me SUPER nervous, because the literal day before they were meant to arrive my order status was still showing up as “packing” and I had not received any kind of tracking number. Now, I was on a time crunch— which is fine, that’s on me, but what felt a little strange to be was that I never received a tracking number until I contacted customer service. Now, my experience with their customer service was thankfully that they were SO nice. I spoke to a real human, and he was very understanding, and I did receive a full refund for the express shipping cost for the troubles. I don’t think it was anybody’s fault, because my order did still arrive when it said they would on the 30th, but just not having any idea what the deal with my order was all the way up to the day right before they were supposed to arrive sent me into a frenzy. Listen, I’m a worrier, I can’t help it. Regardless, the person I spoke to was beyond helpful and understanding (and reassuring!) about everything, which I seriously appreciated. All in all, I had a great experience. I did still get the actual package when I was supposed to, and despite having those few minor issues, and it is very likely that I WILL be using them again in the future! I think at first I just had no idea what to expect, but I was really so happy with the end product and they arrived right on time despite everything, so I really do recommend going through them. I also highly suggest not being a bozo and waiting for the last second to make your cards for whatever event you’re doing like me 🤦🏻♀️ Thanks MOO!
I created PCs for a concert to give out as freebies. The quality was great and I was able to use a variety of pictures. The PCs were perfect!
I love all products from moo.com! I have gloss and matt cards and recently upgraded to better stock paper (even though their basic paper is amazing). I'm very happy and everyone I give cards to is impressed and delighted. Their customer service is great and I will do business with them as long as they exist.

The cards were beautiful and the colors were accurate. They are a little warped and do not lay flat but are otherwise great.
great business cards, superb quality, they look and feel awesome, very durable, I always get positive comments on how nice they are. My only niggle is, it would be very useful to have the option to make changes to previously ordered designs, rather than having to redesign the entire card (this is time consuming, and not very disabled/neurodivergent-friendly). Still, great product, will definitely buy again.

Good quality paper, printing and gloss. Some of the corners were not rounded or rounded incorrectly (they had a piece punched the wrong way) andi had to throw those out. I hope the quality checking can improve. The stage before shipping took a very long time, it was waiting to be shipped for a few days, would also like to see this improve. Overall it's a great service and I love the options to add different backs. Great Quality and service Overall
