The customer service and shipping has been a total junkshow. I ordered my cards several weeks ago and after they were shipped to the wrong address the first time I received them the second time and they were for the wrong company on the other side of the united states. Terrible experience all in all.

I bought these to customize photo cards for friends and family during the holidays. I had paid for express shipping and had a few snags with tracking numbers and delays (which is totally understandable!) The customer service team was very apologetic, helpful, and communicative! They were able to help locate my package and truly make up for the delays. When I received the cards, they were all correct and high quality. When you add photos to the design template, they appear blurry but trust the process. The colors and definition of the pictures printed great. My friends and family loved the cards! I was able to add a personal message on one side and a picture on the other. Definitely buying more in the future!
