Moo has always delivered a high-quality product. On a recent order, their customer service department might have eclipsed them. We discovered our new business cards had a photo that was watermarked (unbeknownst to us during the initial review). In a panic, I reached out to both Mooo and the artist who watermarked the photo. Got a new photo, and Moo graciously re-printed quickly and sent them on the way. As always - Moo saved the day!

With the provided templates I created some basic business cards. They look and feel great. Very affordable. However, I'd like more control over the design element of my cards.

I just ordered two sets of business cards. Your best paper and with rounded edges. Premium cards. I ordered one set first to see if they were just what I had in mind. They are perfect! So I ordered the second set of cards. We just received the cards and the front of the card is not good at all. I had thought that you were encouraging people to order cards for the company with one side staying consistent and the other side with different employee's names. Jack Wickes' card was so messed up on the "front." The white line was off the page. It was not like that for Julia Wickes' card. When I was ordering Julia Wickes' card, I received a note suggesting that I check my front as the white line looked a little off center, and I did. This saved me a big mistake. Why did no one tell me that there was a problem with the Jack Wickes card? Why was Julia's card front not used twice, as you had requested that clients do? I am unable to use these cards. The images are too dark and dull.
