Prompt service. The cards came before estimated delivery date. Beautifully packaged. Attention to packing details was evident. However the quality of printing leaves much to be desired. Not a great value for money. I would’ve liked to see a higher quality of color. Perhaps it is the nature of digital prints on paper, but the cards look like they’re printed on a home inkjet printer. I could’ve managed similar results with less $$ with it being a DIY home project.

These turned out so nicely -- I was very impressed with the vibrance of the color. I do wish they offered more sizes of greeting cards. These are lovely, but every so often it would be nice to have a larger size to send out.

Good paper quality and excellent printing.
In rural Hawaii, there is no mail delivery. I had to use a friend's home address who lives 15 miles from me because Moo will NOT deliver my cards to my post office box, the only place I can have my mail delivered to. How inconvenient. So much for service. I complained about this the last time I ordered Moo cards. CVS and Walmart will ship to my PO box but not Moo. Aren't they special?
There was a centering problem with the initial order but the reprinted and shipped it to me at no additional charge.
Great color, thick paper, look professional.
Again the box they were shipped in arrived crunched. At least this time (order #3 of greeting cards) the cards were not damaged.
The attention to detail on the cards is phenomenal, they are all meticulously folded and trimmed. I’m always happy with what I get from Moo!

I ordered one pack of Christmas cards using my husband's design which were fine. The other of pack of cards using several designs of my own paintings were a little dark on some of them. I sent high quality photographs which looked fine on the order but the reproduction on some of them was not as bright and light as I would have liked.
This was my first attempt at printed greetings cards for my Etsy shop. I liked the option to have many different designs as one order. I struggled a little with the formatting....part of the learning process. The actual order process was very easy and I was kept informed by email about when to expect my delivery. The cards were nicely packaged (sustainably - see below).
Loved the vibrancy of my printing this time, increased my saturation on my images per the recommendation of Moo and they turned out WONDERFUL! Love the soft finish and the white is WHITE! A few of the card's corner were slightly bent due to the fact that they exterior packaging was a bubble mailer; Moo reprinted the entire order, so grateful!
Beautifully made cards, very happy with my purchase and will buy from Moo again.
Reprinting using a different colour profile gratis was much appreciated but the improvement was marginal. It would seem the subtle yellow, brown and grey tones were not well-suited to the printing process. Previous Christmas cards have been entirely satisfactory.
