I used Moo because it says online that their paper was better quality, and I honestly didn’t see any difference with other companies paper quality. This company does NOT have customer support, besides their email that it takes over a day to get response to a question. They use AI which doesn’t really understand what you really need. My cards were printed wrong in an unbelievable way, even though we followed their guidelines on where to put the design, we justified the design and somehow they came out of line. We contacted them by the provided email and in the end got our money back, but obviously wasted our time working with this company. Now they flood us with marketing emails like we would give them a try, ha!
