Excellent product and service. I ordered business cards through MOO and was very impressed with the quality. The cards feel premium, the print came out beautifully, and the 600 gsm paper has a really solid, high-end feel. The whole process was smooth, and I was happy with the first order that I placed a second order shortly after. Very happy with the experience. Highly recommend.
The cards are brilliant, super high quality and just what I was expecting from a premium card. I’d previously used Moo for business cards and happy with the quality and speed of the service. What’s holding back 5 stars is the design guidance/process. I design my own cards so use the card dimensions provided on the Moo website, and factor in the designated size of bleed area. Despite this, there’s not 100% accuracy (and therefore confidence) when uploading on the Moo website, meaning you have to build in an element of further buffer to ur ideal design.
This was my first experience with Moo and they were great! I had a mistake on my file and they worked with me to get it reprinted at not extra charge. I will definitely keep using them.

Great cards
I would like to comment on two aspect of my engagement with Moo. Firstly, the quality of the work was astounding. The paper quality, colours, etc were so vibrant all the designs that we made came alive. Everyone loved the cards and I have recommended MOO to everyone who received these cards. Secondly, their customer service are the best. There was a delay from the post office but the team were continuosly in contact with me to ensure I get the output as quick as I can. They even refunded the postage fee. My positive feedback is not because they refunded the fees but because of their customer-centric approach. Thanks for all your interaction. I will definitely use them again in future.

Cards are great stock and feel when they have correct content. Unfortunately their team cannot help design text and photos that fit into the space they give you...been trying to send these off to be printed for a month and seldom get any real help from customer service. They keep coming back looking chopped off and totally unacceptable designs.
