While the finish of our order (party invites) was absolutely amazing, they have massive problem with delivery! Our order was delivered over 2 days simply because it was packed into two separate boxes. Also, be aware of choosing the right postage option in your final steps as not all produts are eligible for next day delivery and you will not know unless you check this in the COST CALCULATER!
I cannot love or trust this company more. The product quality is premium level, the ordering process is clear and intuitive. So easy to upload and feel confident that what I’m providing is going to deliver expected results. The templates are great to work with. Delivery is often earlier than expected, packaging is extremely high quality and feels like getting a gift. Everything I’ve done from business cards to fun postcards is received with oohs and aahs due to the paper quality and vibrancy of the printing. I love Moo. It’s what I use when I need to make real impact. UPDATE: I recently placed an order that didn't turn out just right and was wowed by the customer service response. I opened a chat and was immediately provided a corrective response that was more than generous. A reprint of my complete order plus card holders was executed and shipped out within a few days. This was a first in the 10 years I've been ordering from Moo.com and honestly wasn't a big surprise - they're a great company with customer service that cares. I also appreciate the early 'heads up - a sale is coming' emails I receive as a regular customer. It helps me plan for reorders and gets me thinking about what I can make next! YAY, MOO!
