I was able to get the cards but the reference I gave them and the actual print did not match at all it was super dark and wasn’t good very disappointed
I wasn't going to write a review, but Moo sent me an email requesting me to do so, so here I am. Moo produces excellent, high-quality products. They don't cut corners when it comes to premium card stock and perfection in printing. I was a little surprised by this last order, however, because the text was really close to the edge. It was not very aesthetically pleasing. I know that Moo is thorough in having customers approve of design proofs for each order, and yes, I approved it. But seeing it on the screen was not sufficient to make me realize just how close to the edge of the card the printed text would be. You'd think there artistically-inclined graphic designers and order checkers would catch something like that before it goes to print, or at least after the first card comes out.

This was my first experience with designing and building my own card. Due primarily to my relative inexperience the product fell well short of what I wanted. I reached out to customer service and Gaynor was amazing, offering to redo the job, at no additional cost, and ensure that it was 100% aligned with my expectations. The cards were promptly completed, delivered and are first class. A great service oriented company and business card.
