The quality of these cards is fantastic and they were delivered quickly as well. I had a slight issue with the cutting (I had designed mine to be centered with a logo, but pretty close to the edge and so there was very little visual tolerance for them to be off centered which they did warn me could happen). I have decided, upon reflection that I should have adjusted the design so it isn’t noticeable. However, when I reached out to customer support they were quick and reprinted the cards free of charge. They arrived in about 4 days. Wonderful product. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Love the design, but my cards were never proofed. There was a big error and I have to re-order. I take responsibility but I’d think a human could take 45 seconds to see if everything looks right. Just a thought.

I asked for digital proofs before they started production to make sure that they would come out right. They refused and sarcastically sent me the same picture I input. Once I received the business cards they were so blurry I couldn’t read them, they were so bad I wouldn’t give to any customer. I asked for help and they tried to remake them but they told me their design team couldn’t make them any clearer, I’m telling you I couldn’t even read them. They just wasted my money and time, I went to vistaprint and they gave me proofs, a cheaper price, and they turned out beautifully.

Five star cards, Lovely cards, well made and finished. One star company....Firstly it was hard to upload designs, I emailed as requested was told it would be 24 hours or sooner for someone to get back to me. 36 hours later I heard nothing back, so phoned and they admitted they were many, many days behind. But we got it sorted in the end and the cards arrived and were nice. Then a few days ago, I was excited to read an offer come through (as I need more things done and like other business I really need all the help I can get) but was totally flabbergasted to read that they have singled out Black owned companies as the only ones that they are willing to help! Out of interest I went on a webchat with them, about it to find out more and I have found out that you have to apply and let them review you as to whether they want to help or not. So after the act of singling our black friends out as the only ones they want to help out, they then put them through the degrading experience of having to apply for whatever assistance they deem fit for your circumstances.
