It was great to see and feel the quality of MOO. I’m glad they’re my partner going forward.
The sample was very nice! I have found one that includes all print samples which to me allows for future print options and the wide span of print ideas out there. As for my recent prints and experience, I would say the same thing, 4 stars. The first three sets of cards were decent and match the draft however the last set didn’t and I had to see if I could get a reprint. I was disappointed because I’m designing and purchasing for a client. These costs are on me if the final product doesn’t match the proof. I was able to get a replacement pack but worry I could end up having to pay for the print issue out of my own pocket after the last message I received. I was told the prints don’t always align, but this was very obvious. As I have been in this field for over 25 years, the print issue should always lie in the hands of the company printing them, not the customer. The first attachment is the business card that printed incorrectly and off centered, the second is the corrected card and the third is the original proof.
It was fantastic to be able to see different types of business cards all in one folder with description. The best part was the customer service and how quick they are to help you achieve your goals. They ensure you are satisfied.
Loved how fast the sample pack arrived. Also the sample selection and the quality of both the print and the cards themselves were fantastic!
