Easy to use website
Received my business cards and was shocked to find there was a massive white edge on all cards on the left hand side and bottom. This is should have been fixed by 5mm bleed and I am shocked this was approved by QA after printing and sent to me. I am requesting either a re-supply of my cards order or a refund of my order. These cards are not correct, not fit for purpose and should not have such a print imperfection.
Amazing product and great quality. Im giving 5 stars because I requested the free sample pack from 3 companies. Moo got their sample pack to me in 3 days while the other two in 7 to 10 days. By then, I have already decided to go with Moo due to brilliant samples which had some decent variety. I intended to get business cards but ended up buying thank you cards too due to their quality. I only placed the order after I received the other two sample packs which were ok even had similar products. But Moo had soft touch with raised sport UV gloss which gave my business card that luxury feel. I recommend them 100%
The quality of the card and the printing is exactly what I was after. There are cheaper business card makers around, but I want to make an impression.

Common sense seems to have been lacking from Moo's side on this job. The artwork was cropped incorrectly and I feel the actual raised uv, wasn't as raised as I would've hoped.

I ordered a sample pack years ago and i told myself to leave vista print since. Well, i finally did, and I was not disappointed but really impressed and super happy with my new cards. Any mistakes on them were my fault and how i chose to design elements for i did not use their design features, but my own. Besides that, I can only blame myself. I will order again, definitely! Price is more than vista, but way better quality!
