This is the second time I have ordered from MOO and the second time I have had horrible outcome. I did not receive my cards in time. They never emailed me there was a delay until I contacted customer service. Then they told me they would overnight them. Never received them. They did give me a refund after contacting them again. But now it’s been 3 weeks and I have to now find another place to order from. Very disappointed.
The quality is good. Sadly, Moo needs to improve their communication! I was incredibly disappointed with what I received because I expected features I had indicated on my order that got overlooked or changed. Also, it took entirely too long to hear back from them, and the order changes they needed I was unable to make online in their website. I had to email a pdf and couldn’t view it in the browser.

I will always splurge on these business cards! They set me apart from the competition and as soon as I hand one off, everyone is obsessed and raving about them!! The soft touch, rounded corners and raised gold foil is incredible. Every time I order there’s never any issues.
