Outstanding quality product at a competitive price and with speedy service
The overall experience processing my business cards with Moo was very simple to follow. I loved how quickly they arrived. I got the premium business cards with the middle color layer in between. I was a bit disappointed on the texture of the cards, they are really hard and thick but they don't feel nice and smooth. They feel very standard. I was hoping they would be smoother or with some sort of subtle texture, but they are quite flat. I really dislike the material they ended up with. Overall, it was a great service and process to follow. It was just the final product that did not convince me.
I have 1,200 crooked business cards that Moo was unable to print properly after 3 tries. I did some basic research and chose MOO because of its great reviews and being considered better quality compared to Vista. I ordered their most expensive card. When the first 400 arrived, I immediately noticed that the cards were not aligned straight horizontally. I asked for a re-print, and came up with another 400 crooked cards; on the second re-print, the same thing happened. I just gave up and will never order from MOO again.
