Fantastic Business Cards, which I am very proud to give to my clients. They say that you can tell how good a company is by how well they handle complaints. Well, if that is true, Moo have excelled themselves. Not only did they immediately reprint my business cards when I contacted them to say I wasn't happy with my cards, but they also posted them out to me in the UAE free of charge. Their pledge on their website states: "MOO Promise: We'll move metaphorical mountains to make sure you love your order". And you are probably thinking, well, that's the least a company should do when they get it wrong, and you would probably be right; however, here's the kicker: it wasn't their mistake; it was mine. I don't know about you, but for me, that is absolutely outstanding. I will certainly be using Moo for all my printing requirements in the future, and I will be recommending them to everyone who needs printing done. Thank you kirsten at Moo customer support, for all your help in getting me the cards I wanted. You are a star.
